She is a nice woman but she makes her classes so boring. She assigns unnecessary group work almost every class and repeats things over and over again. It feels like she doesnt actually read your papers because her grades feel like they dont make sense sometimes. She praised one of my papers but I got a 75.

Nice Professor, but her tests are subjectively graded and she bases other grades off of opinion as well. Even with perfect attendance you wont receive participation unless you talk every class. Only film class I got less than an A in.

I took this class to get credit for an Intensive Writing Course, not what I expected. She spends too much time lecturing on one topic. She would talk about Michelangelo for 5 class periods. She takes the whole semester grading one paper! It was a pretty easy class, but she is picky on papers. Assigns unnecessary readings. She lets you miss 3 days.

She can be a little boring and confusing but overall she's not that bad. She really wants to see her students succeed and will help you if you ask for help, especially if you are someone who constantly participates. I wish she had us speak more in class. I'm taking this class to boost my speaking skills not read articles. Easy exams if you study.

She is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. I was in the class that went to the Veneto Region over spring break. With a group of 12, she handled everyone and all the drama really well. If you do the work and she sees effort, you will pass easy. I would definitely recommend her.

She is the worst teacher I have ever had. She gets all of her notes from Wikipedia and doesnt know her information. She is also understand and rude to anyone who ever asks her a question. Never take a class with her unless you want to be bored out of your mind. Probably the worst professor at UNC Charlotte

Absolute joke of a class. Sometimes taught by emailing us links to Wikipedia. We watched several movies, including Monsters, Inc. Very haphazard and no real plan to the class. Surprisingly, though, the tests actually cover material, so you need to actually read. Also surprisingly, Daniela actually knows her stuff.

She really isn't a bad teacher. The book she uses, which wasn't her choice, just doesn't mesh very well with her style. The best thing you can do is make the effort, she notices.
