Professor Hogan is a solid choice. I took his Friday 3 hour class and it was boring but he tried to make it as interactive as possible. He did give pop quizzes almost every class but its open book and he prepares you for all the quizzes and tests. If you pay attention you will do fine in his class.

the class is not difficult. He gives pop quizzes but they are open note. Attendance is mandatory. Exams follow the review. Class can be a bit dull but he's a nice dude.

Comment:
Great professor- knows what he's talking about and makes the class interesting with case studies, supply chain news and videos, and talking about his own industry experiences. I was actually interested by the lectures and learned a lot about my major (SCM). There's barely any HW and tests are easy. Overall this class was very easy and interesting.

Comment:
Prof Hogan is very intelligent. His lectures include current topics and very useful. His lectures can be pretty dry as the subject itself is hard. He also gives surprise quiz and it is not too hard. It is manageable. He is really good. If you study and put efforts to learn, getting A+ is not hard. He is very lenient on HWs though.

Comment:
He's a great professor, but his lectures are a little dry. Coming from the other OPRE classes that were prereqs to this one, there's less math problems and more content which I dislike because there's more reading and memorization. He offers exam reviews and exam practice questions which he goes over before the exam. He's very lenient on the HWs.

Comment:
Hogan is a good guy, seems like he genuinely wants people to learn about operations management. This was a straightforward class but the tests can be a little tricky with only 25 questions. He's very reasonable if you want to discuss your homework grades with him which is nice as well. Not many professors will debate with you about these things.

Comment:
Mr Hogan is a good professor with a lot of industry experience which he brings directly to the classroom. The textbook he uses is an excellent resource. Most of the class is group work and case study analysis. He does give good feedback on casework. The class requires a good amount of time but is not difficult to do well in.
