Comment:
Expect a stressful semester when you take Ma. Very thick accent. Everything is weirdly worded so its hard to know what he wants. You basically need to ignore his class and just read the textbook. His organization on blackboard is horrendous. He does curve tho.

Took an asynchronous class and started live classes and wouldn't change the schedule even though students had other course conflicts. Not prompt with email replies. His lectures consist of him reading his notes (not very good either) and his practice questions have nothing to do with exams. Entire course is off of exams, no hw or participation.

He taught very carefully and methodically. He explained every knowledge point very well and was easy to understand. There is no homework. It is easy to get an A as long as you listen to his video carefully. No attendance, he is super super nice and friendly. I really learn a lot. Exam is easy as long as u understand his lecture and note.

Do yourself a favor and do not take him. You want a good grade in this course? Go somewhere else. Trust me. Grades are determined by very very Few factors: quiz, midterm, and final. You mess up on one and you can't make up for it. Smart dude and definitely knows what he's talking about but teaching is another thing.

Horrible professor. I took this class for my minor and It's stressful. He made his own exams & his wording is extremely tricky. There is no way to get a good grade unless you only go to school. If you work, I will suggest taking it over the summer unless you don't have a choice. NO assignments, 3 exams & final weights 55% of the total grade.

This class is just piece of trash, Horrible prof at Baruch, he uses his old assignment and tests from paste semester. He is worse and this class is even worser. NEVER RECOMMEND this class to anyone. I didn't even learn a single thing.

Just don't take him. I did well in the class, but I have never taken a class with more confusing exam questions. You could know the material by heart (which I did), but the way he words questions is just unreasonable. Luckily he curves if people do bad, but still way too hard.

Just finished the final today and boy it was tricky and HARD. He has a heavy accent and very repetitive at giving lectures. His videos could've easily be finished in less than 30mins but since he reiterates so much they are mostly lengthy at over 1hr. Midterm counts for 40% and Final 60%, if you screw up on exams, then you are done.

lectures are a bit boring as he repeats things a lot but he repeats it to convey the concept and root of where things come from. Those are important for the test. His exams are based off his lectures/notes so study those. Class itself is a bit difficult but he is a kind prof and cracks jokes now and then

Very good lectures. I learned a lot. Professor goes through the main points many times. He is a tough grader. Even if you study hard you might end up with a C in this class so you have to take it seriously. There's 1 midterm & 1 final. You don't need a book. Read exercises & notes he posts on blackboard, pay attention to the wording and all details

Professor is very sincere. He wants you to understand and learn the concepts very thoroughly. He will repeat and basically spoonfeed you explanations on all the theories until it is ingrained in your head. Everything is based on his handwritten notes which he posts on BB. Lectures help you get the concepts, practice questions on BB helps for tests.

This class is basically if you could understand his thick accent or not. His tests are heavily on what he says in class. If you don't understand him then stay away from him. His test curve is only 5 points which he thinks its really generous.

If you asked me today what I learned in class I would say IDK. But his notes he post at the beginning of class are very good and very helpful for the quiz. If you print them out and start studying from day one and take good notes you will be fine. He reiterates what he is saying about 1,000 times and his practice quiz is super helpful

Such an easy class. All you have to do is go to class and listen to what he says. He's old school and has a thick accent, but he repeats the same thing over and over. If you can't listen to what he says and write down his notes, then don't take this class and whine about how difficult the professor is.

If you wanna do well in his class you have to listen to what he says and the notes he writes during class (You will not be able to find his notes in blackboard). Personally, I studied from the book for the final test and it was not useful at all. Do not take unless you are good at taking lecture notes.

This is the worst professor I ever took in my whole college career. His lectures are extremely repetitive and monotonous. He doesnt use any text book or slides. All the info comes out of his head which isnt any helpful. The tests are designed to trick the students. Most of the my classmates regretted taking his class. SKIP AT ALL COST.

Some students will find this professor easy and get an A without even trying or even showing up to class, while others will get Cs with countless hours spent on studying and trying to understand what the hell he is trying to teach you. If youre the latter, you need to attend class, take goodnotes & LISTEN to what he says if you want to do well
