Professor Brinks is very enthusiastic about what she teaches and it gets you excited to learn. What she teaches you will almost always use in your classroom and she offers lots of tips for when working with kids. At times there can be a lack of communication and organization but it all ends up ok in the end. Do not be afraid to ask questions!

Not direct enough with class expectations. Also, Becky has lost touch with the preschool lab. She would benefit from more time spent in the lab observing students and the children to reconnect with the program she helped build. To many years away has lead her to be disconnected with a very important part of the child development program.

Her class isnt hard at all, you have fun in the class! And get to do different activities. I thought she was a good teacher and well organized!

She is an easy class if you stay on track. she is funny and very good at what she teaches and can tell her passion for the class is strong. yes she only grades 1 test, 1 paper and 1 final project but the final project is big and gives you engough time to do it.

Becky is a very sweet person and has many responsibilities. However, her class has no clear direction and expectations/directions are not easy to follow. Typically her lectures are 2.75 hours of rambling, followed by 15 minutes of cramming, and then occasionally keeps us 5 minutes over. Only 1 test, 1 project, 1 paper. Easy class, hard to follow.

Becky does a great job of answering questions on the project for this class. She also helps the entire child developmentearly childhood education department make sense. CD 209 only has one test at the end, and she prepares you well for it. (Although you should still study on your own.)

1- learned next to nothing. 2-Rebecca Brinks has no clear direction. 3- she strategically waits until drop option expires to "display the syllabus ". 4-she makes no sense at times 5-continuously finds ways to bane drop or impress with her bragging if how successful her family is . Over all lousy teacher

She needs to be very clear with course requirements. Unfortunately she is not. Her directions are conflicting and contradicting and causes complete confusion and everything can very quickly go down hill. It's clear that she says one thing and then means something altogether different.Disapointing

She's a great teacher when she has the time. She's got too much on her plate, to be honest she shouldn't be teaching and working so much. It really takes away from her oustanding teaching. It's too bad though she's good when she has the time. I really enjoyed her class
