Took Professor Whisnant for my 8-week Humanities course and despite moving at a fast pace, the workload was very simple. Professor Whisnant is very understanding and offers excellent feedback on any submission. In addition, he does require participation, which is a good thing, and his final assignment was very ingenious. I highly recommend him.

sweetest man you will ever meet. very clear about instructions and due dates. there is one assignment and one quiz every week but its really not that difficult at all if you do your work. he's worked at the campus the longest out of all the faculty

Dont take bob. He gave us heavy homework and reading over thanksgiving break. Everything is done through revel and every other quiz you can find on quizlet but the ones that arent are extremely hard. He is not understanding and will not allow late work. DONT TAKE BOB. If you already signed up for his class good luck

He talks very soft and goes on and on. Then asked random questions that do not relate. The test are hard. The reading is a lot. What is covered in class is on the test along with information with in the textbook. It is a smooth class as long as you follow the syllabus.

The work itself was easy as it is opinion based rather than fact based. But I would not recommend this teacher. Easy to lose interest, very strict on due dates and the worst part is he takes a point off your final grade for every absence. So if you have a 92 and miss 3 classes your final grade will be an 89 making it a B.

He wants everything perfect! I missed a test and one assignment and he still failed me with letter D as my final grade!!! Even if I had passed my other assignments he still managed to fail me. On top of that; he does have due dates and no late work is accepted. Will not take his class again!

Do not take this teacher! If you're going to take a humanities class take the other teacher which is a lady. Just the way he talks makes you want to fall asleep, plus most of the time you're confused on what he is talking about. He gives so much work! More than any of my core classes which I did not expect.. He's friendly though. Just think twice..

He's a good teacher an very knowledgeable about art, the fact I did not like his class is because he is very sarcastic replaying to emails. He made me feel so dumb and I think that was not professional from his part. If you made a mistake or made errors please be ready for a smart remark.

Too hard for nothing . Fine are is not that hard subject , he made it too complicated . I am really good in art . My previous grade on ART is A with other professor class . I took his class last spring semester . I have never been to any worst class like that . At first it seems like he is great . He talks a lot . But nothing related to book . i dont recomended this teacher . a lots of student drop out end of the semester . his exam is out of book . no book uses in class . sop confusing the style of teaching. too much assignment . if you are talking more than two class ,don't take this teacher .

this teacher suck. does not use book at class at all. he grade very strictly. a lots of essay , he cut of your grade for small mistake. no curve. quiz and exam ids out of book . if you are looking for A. i don't recommended this teacher. forget to mention, end of the semester point deduct for each absence. even the first absence .

Overall, the grading is fair, BUT he gives out waaay too much work! If you decide to take this class because it's an "easy A" it's not if you are not willing to complete all of the assignment assigned. What he talks about in class has nothing to do with what's on the homework.

Bob is a nice guy. He replies to emails (online class) very quickly. There is no late work or extra credit, but if you read the text once its pretty easy. There were 7 assignments and tests, easily done in a semester, but I took it for summer II and an assignment (test the next day) was due every three days or so, and it was still easy.

Of course you have to work and be able to stay awake! It's college! I took this course online and it was the best. Great layout and you never have a question on what to do. I was not interested in Humanities or Art but after my husband told me what a great teacher and influence he had on him must I agree. Online lectures was great! Take him online!

terrible class, do not recommend taking it,very boring, instructor talks about stuff that is not even related to the class!!! Gives way too much work and does not explain clearly, take it with another instructor
