Mr. Delong wasn't a bad instructor at all. He's very animated and all over the place. He did not care if I had to doodle in my notebook to keep myself still. Attendance is extremely mandatory! Do not miss a class ever unless you absolutely must!

Very energetic. I absolutely hated the topic (I had to take it for rereqs) but Mr. Delong made it tolerable. He was an incredible instructor for a topic I would have struggled much more with otherwise.

Lots of energy, so lectures were awesome. Not afraid to tell it like it is. Would undoubtedly go back in for a class if I needed the credits. Grades somewhat difficult, but nothing too crazy.

One of the best teaCher and friends I could of asked for. This guy knows a little bit about everything and is passionate about his students and classes. Really easy to find and always willing to help outside of class.

He's super energetic and all over the place. He's nice enough, and is willing to help anytime you ask. Pay attention though because if you're on your phone, talking or thumbing through something when he's talking he will call you out in front of everyone.

If you are introverted DO NOT TAKE HIS CLASSES. Hard to follow what he's trying to teach as he shouts and picks on students. If you can get past his personality, I guess you'll be fine.? I'm not sure if he actually taught anything. Felt like he was constantly goofing off while I was trying to learn something. Would not take again...

I had to take this class as a prerequisite for my pre nursing certificate. I am not a fan of history at all, I know that's terrible of me. But he made it entertaining. I took it in the summer so it was 4 hours long which was a little much. But it is possible. He gives lots of opportunity for extra credit although he can be a little intimidating.

Going into Ken's POLI240 class at MCC, I thought it was going to be really easy. It wasn't, but it isn't impossible. He's there to help, and he's pretty awesome with his lectures. Sometimes, he'll trail off and tell a random story for 20 minutes.

Hes a great teacher, very helpful, very informative. He knows history better anyone there. He has been teaching for a long time at the college and knows how to teach. The class is not super easy and requires alot of time, But hey that's college! This guy is got a great humor and hes a pleasure to be around.

He depends on videos to teach. It's like he has better things to do, so he pops in a documentary, leaves the class, and returns just before class ends. Personally, I paid for him to teach the class. I could buy those movies to watch if that's what I wanted to do with my time.

I took this class in the summer and yes it definitely was not the easiest class in the world and it takes a lot of work to keep up. But he gives so many chances for extra credit that he can make his test super hard. He is awesome and I would love to take another class with him.

What a class act this man is! The Honors Native History class was phenomenal! He likes to joke around, and can dish out as well as take. If you are engaged and interested, this class will be life changing! The trip at the end of the class was one of the most memorable and amazing things I have ever done!

Has a great deal of information to share. But witnessed harassment in the classroom personally. Unfortunately the college cares more about this professor than students who are targeted in his classes. Use discression disagreeing with his opinions which are not based on research or scholarship.
