Professor Munz was by far one of my favorite college professors in the three years Ive attended ISU. Although his class is difficult he wants you to pass and will guide you through what you dont understand. I would definitely recommend his class if you want a better understanding marketing communication.

Munz is by far the best teacher I've had in my life. I learned more from a semester in his classes than I learned all throughout college. Make sure you attend class and participate in discussions. Test questions are straight from the book. You would be crazy to take one of his courses with any other professor!

Great guy, and if you are a marketing major don't act like you know more because you don't.He brings over 30 years of experience to the class room which I think is crucial, not only does he know how to teach but he is experienced in the field.

Phenomenal teacher and an even better guy. Exams are not hard if you READ the chapters. His exam questions are directly from the terms that are in the outlines he provides, just find that part in the book and you're set. Hilarious guy, take him.

LOVE Munz. Excellent teacher. He makes lectures interesting so you aren't falling asleep. Two projects but are easy A's and he said they are just to raise your grade. Overall this class is a really easy B and A if you put effort in. He is a funny guy and I have yet to come across anyone who speaks negatively of him.

Munz is a really cool guy that wants you to do well. Tests are difficult but you have two projects that are pretty easy to get your grade up. He will call on you in class to make sure you are here but they are easy points just show up. Overall really enjoyed that class and he does his best to make it entertaining for you.

Overall excellent professor. I really enjoyed the class, mainly because Professor Munz made it fun with his lectures. He'll call on everyone in class, so pay attention! Lots of quizzes, one per chapter, that weren't too easy. If you skim the book (don't need to read everything in great detail), you'll do fine. Tests were similar to the quizzes.

Munz is a funny guy with a very dry sense of humor, reminds me of Steve Carrel. His tests are hard with A LOT of info. on them so you do need to put effort in studying. He makes us do an individual 5min presentation powerpoint along with a long paper that's a pain but it helps with your grade. If you put effort and go to class, you'll do fine.

Well first of all I hated the fact where he called out everyone every class period to answer questions just to make sure you are there for attendance. Tests are hard, you have to apply definitions to situations (very hard) unless you know them well. Nicest guy you will ever meet more than likely fora professor. Go to class and you should do fine.

I was iffy on him at first but he turned out to be one of my favorite professors I've ever had at ISU. He made an 8am class bearable. Material is easy but you need to be able to apply it to situations on exams. Individual project was kind of a pain but he grades pretty easy on it, just make sure you follow all the guidelines and use subheadings!

Mr. Munz is, arguably, the best professor I've had at ISU so far. Attendance is mandatory because he calls on you randomly and keeps track of "professionalism points," but he makes lectures fun and interesting so it's not all too bad. If you can, you should definitely take Munz, you won't regret it.

This teacher caused more stress and headache for students than was necessary. He made it a point to announce everyday how low the class GPA was. You have to know the book back to front, because he only lectures for 20 minutes, then gives you a quiz. My notes were 8 pages typed for every quiz, and still got 70% on them. I recommend avoiding him.

AMAZING TEACHER! So knowledgeable and genuinely kind. NO TESTS, 20 quizzes one per chapter. more than half were completely open notes. Quizzes are very difficult and in-depth. Reading the book is mandatory to succeed. Class discussions very helpful. Wouldn't want to take any other prof. for MKT.

Great teacher, but isn't easy. Had a quiz everyday - which makes attendance mandatory. Doesn't have tests though. One quiz covers one chapter. He eventually allows open notes because the quizzes were so hard. Great Guy though.
