Win is extremely knowledgeable, funny, and accommodating. He gives chances for extra credit, including dressing up on halloween, helping grade quizzes/exams, and multiple bonus questions per quiz/exam. He posts his lectures on canvas, but theyre usually just guides for him to talk about the material w/o much info on them, so go to class!

Prof Watson makes lectures interesting and has a great sense of humor. His quizzes are incredibly hard (much harder than the exams I found). Printing out slides before class is a great idea since the slides don't go into great depth on their own which requires copious note taking.

Win's class is very interesting and he does his best to accommodate you as a person. He is very understanding and tries his best to make sure everybody gets as much out of his class as possible. There is no homework but there are a decent amount of quizzes and tests. He posts plenty of study material and is always available to help. Best prof. yet!

Win was one of the best professors I've had here at UNH. His class isn't easy but he has a way of teaching that makes everything pretty clear. Print off his notes before hand and then take your notes on that, it makes it easier to fill in the end of lecture questions after class. If you stay on top of work + answer these Q's, then tests aren't bad!

Nice enough guy but has the mentality of "If it is not what I wanted then it is wrong" when it comes to tests. Favors fill in the blank that are unclear and have multiple answers but if you choose a TRUE answer that he "wasn't thinking of" then it is not correct. And if you argue for points back he doesn't usually give them. Despised his exams.

Win was a great professor, so intelligent!! Definitely challenging tests but if you are into neuroscience I would absolutely recommend taking Win's class. Struggled a little in his class but I still loved it!

One of my favorite professors I've taken in 3 years at unh. He has a great sense of humor and makes the material very interesting. He's very fair and never throws curveballs on exams. There is a lot of material and studying is required, but I'm not overwhelmed on a weekly basis or anything

Incredibly smart and a top researcher in his field. Material is often complex (its Neurobiology, what do you expect?) but Win is enthusiastic, funny and always willing to answer questions. He will research an answer if he doesnt know it! One of the best profs at UNH, especially in Zool Dept. Classes are funny and grading is fair or even generous

Win is an extremely funny person, very smart, and is there to help you out at all times. He puts in a lot of time and effort into the class and you can tell he loves what he is doing. You need to read and study and do the hw problems on a regular basis to do well. Material is hard, but fascinating. You get out of this class what you put in.
