One of the worst professors I've ever had. He is so old and slow and you doesn't make any sense. We only had one test during the semester which he didnt prepare us for and nearly everyone of us failed. Thankfully he just gave us the answers to the final which brought my grade back up. He doesnt give work, but I'd still take someone else.

Old Testament Survey should not be a hard class at all. I took it in high school and got a 99... He never stays on track and he teaches so many classes that he forgets what stuff he taught to which class so stuff ends up on the test that we never talked about in class. Do not take his class!!!

He is one of my favorite teachers by far! I love how he tries to be funny in class. I love this class, i didnt mind taking him as an 8 am class. His tests arent too bad, if you just pay attention in class you should make good grades.

I don't know how his class compares to the other Old Testament Survey classes, but this one was very boring. If I were one to sleep in classes, this would have been one I would have slept in. Dry sense of humor....very dry. I should have gotten an A in the class, but I didn't try enough.

This man is a kind person and has somewhat a sense of humor but teaches a boring class. I wouldn't take it if you want to actually learn and get something out of it or if you want an easy class because his tests are tough and he does not review in class.

He is a great guy with a true desire to teach and a true love for the subject that he teaches. he makes it fun and jokes around a lot. If you don't have a sense of humor don't take him, otherwise you will love him! He knows his stuff and can tell you all about it, you just have to be interested.

funny guy, good teacher. goes by the Bible and no surprises on his tests(just read the Bible chapters the test is over). explains everything clearly and is amusing, but feel free to sleep during his class. more aware of things than he lets on.
