3 midterms (each with three 500 word essays) and a final paper that is worth 50% of your grade. Lectures were short and to the point (easy to understand). He makes time for office hours and is such a nice, caring guy. Take notes during the lectures and you will be totally fine. He was great and I'd definitely take the course with him!

Kent's lectures are so hard to go to. He goes off topic for most of the class, but if you get the notes down you will be fine for the exams. Literally just memorize the notes and you will be fine. The group paper due at the end of the semester is worth 50% of your grade (exams the other 50%). I think it was graded fairly, easy to do well on it.

This class is pretty much an easy A. Kent rambles a lot, often off topic, and his lectures are at times hard to follow. But if you get his notes down and pay somewhat attention you will be fine. Very flexible grader, no textbook use, only three exams and a project.

3 exams which is 50% of your grade and one paper which is the other 50% of your grade. Each exam is only 15 multiple choice questions and one short answer so if you get two wrong then your already at a B. His lectures are EXTREMELY BORING and he rambles on. super nice and knowledgeable guy though. Attendance is never taken ever. DON'T BUY TEXTBOOK

There's only 3 exams, and a one paper you can do with a group. Lectures were extremely boring and hard to get through. There were only a few questions on the exam so if you get 2 wrong you already have a B, but they weren't ridiculously hard. The paper was about 20 pages long, but it wasn't terribly hard and I don't think he graded it too hard.

Bob is a pretty funny guy. His lectures can feel long towards the end of the semester, and he gets sidetracked alot. Tests are pretty easy if you study the notes. Final paper worth 50% of your grade, definitely get started on this early and ask questions because the assignment isn't too clear.

The three exams aren't difficult, but they aren't so easy either. Walk out feeling unsure, get a B+ or A back. The final project is a LOT of work and his guidelines aren't so clear. Make sure to ask him lots of questions about it, he's really helpful. Class is fun though, just long sometimes. Def take him if you can!

The tests are really easy, but you have to go to class to do well. He says a lot in class that is not in the book, but are on the tests. You don't need to buy the textbook. The final project is graded very hard, so spend a lot of time on it and make sure you use a unique product. The grading on the final project brought me from an A to a B.

I really enjoyed class with Bob Kent. He tries to make his classes more discussion based and provides a lot of current examples to make the material more relevant and easy to understand. I didn't buy the textbook and received an A in the class, but I did go to most classes because the exams come from class notes. Final paper is LONG.

I enjoyed this class a lot. Class attendance isn't mandatory but the tests are only on lectures so if you miss the notes you have to read the textbook. Only buy the textbook if you know you'll skip class a lot. Course grade is based on 3 easy tests and 1 final project. Start the project at least 2 weeks before it's due. Kent is really nice.

Pretty straight-forward class. Just go to class and take notes. For the tests, you should be fine if you just study the notes. However, you'll need the book for the final project that is worth 50% of your grade. It's pretty involved so make sure to start at least a week before it's due if you want a good grade.

He is so boring. Nice guy, just not the best teacher. His notes are literally just lists of material that you learn in other marketing classes. Reading the textbook doesn't really help on the exam either. Just go to class, study the notes, and try to BS the exams as best you can. Try to avoid this class if possible.

not as fun as some say... but use class notes to study for exams, and review the syllabus before writing the project, and it's drama-free and as easy as spending someone else's money...

Not as good as everyone is saying, I think he grades too many exams in one night because he'll tell you what answers he was looking for and you may have them but you'll still have a B+ on the exam. The project is long, if you start a few weeks before it is due you should be fine, mine was 19+ pages and I only got a B+. Should have had dif. prof.
