Comment:
Boring dry lectures as most ISS classes will be. He gets upset when people don't show up to class but attendance isn't mandatory. I think hes a good professor and he knows his stuff but he seems to be a little cocky, always talking about "back when I lived in London" to relate to the course materials.

Handrick makes it easy to learn the class because he is interested in his own field and gives very personal examples. Overall, he wants you to do well in his class and his practice quizzes are basically the same as his exams.

The class is really easy. All the points earned are discussion points and exams. The exams are really easy as long as you check out koofers and go over the practice exams he posts. However, the class is really long and boring. He's funny, but not funny enough to make me want to sit there for two hours straight.

Easily one of my favorite teachers. He likes to have fun and joke around, but he definitely isn't one to cross. The material itself was already interesting to me, but he presented it well. I got a 4.0 by doing all the pop quizzes and discussions.

I love professor Handrick! He tries to keep the class interesting by incorporating his own stories that relate with the lecture. Exams are easy if you take the online practice test and take the extra credit quizzes.

Starting out with evolution put a sour taste in my mouth but it ended up being a good class. He's a great prof and has funny stories that actually have a point to them. Take this class... exams are easy especially if you attend the review sessions with the TA. Service Learning is an option in this class and give you 10 pts EC.

EXCELLENT professor! He's interesting, funny, and understands that his class is not the only class you're taking. Also, if you're in his group on study abroad, he's great at organizing activities. Before each quiz, he gives you a list of possible questions, then writes a quiz using ONLY questions off the list, so you know exactly what to study.
