Extremely fair and genuinely cares about material and students. His tests are hard but if you put in the work he is willing to work with you. Clearly passionate about course material and spends beginning of class time to show real world examples for course material application. A nice guy overall but you need to show up and do the work.

Professor Picheng is a great guy! He definitely wants us to succeed and really cares about his students. The topic itself is pretty hard, but he tries his best to make sure it's understandable! But his accent is what makes his class hard to understand! and yeah you need to teach yourself almost everything for an B or up!

Hes a great guy that wants the best for his students. He isnt the best professor and is very hard to understand but its not impossible to get a good grade in his class. If you want a good grade youre going to havta teach yourself everything and put the time in, his class is not easy at all. Let the syllabus problems be your best friend.

He has strong accent but he explains everything clearly and he is very willing to help students. I won't say his cost accounting is an easy class and actually the exams are hard, but once you did all the assignments and fully understood the core concept of each chapter then you will be fine. I think he is fair and he gave clear grading criteria.

Extremely enthusiastic. Purely an academic accountant has never worked in the field. Terrible instructor. Extremely confusing. Never clarifies. Unreasonable expectations. Hard grader. Thank god I took him for my thesis rather than an actual lecture class. It was hard and a lot of work. Be prepared if you take him for any class. He expects a lot

I took his cost accounting class last semester and I did all the homework including the accounting lab. It took me a lot of time and he promised to give us extra points if we did the lab. But he didn't. He just want us to buy it online and do it. No extra points! He didn't make things clear and explain the confusions part. Avoid him!!

I took cost accounting this semester with professor lee. He is a nice man. BUT as a professor I suggest he turn it down a notch and teach us students at an undergraduate level. The grades on the midterm ranged from a lowest of 12 to a highest of 90. Overall I do not recommend, I am disappointed in the quality of his teaching style.

Honestly, He's a nice person, but not a good prof. Had him for Managerial acc and received a D+. Although he gives a review sheet, but he can add to the exam than what in the review. THE HARDERST PROBLEMS ALWAYS COUNT FOR THE MOST POINT. He has a very hard accent, barely to understanding him. if you're want to take his class, stay away if possible.

Prof. Lee is a very nice and helpful professor but it is unfortunate that his accent is so thick that barely anybody in the class could understand. I did not do well in the class but spent countless hours working on the homework. His tests are fill in the blank. Where in the job field of accounting will a company ask you to "fill in the blank"

One of the worst professors at Pace. Cannot put a proper englsh sentence together. Passed the course because I spent many hours at the tutoring center and self taught myself everything. Avoid this professor and complain to the department!

I clearly remember he said the only way to improve your grade is to do more problems by yourself until you get "positive feeling". Then what do i need him for? His tests are hard. He has very strong accent and he does not explain the problem very well. He is also cold to his students. He might be a good scholar but not a good prof. Avoid if you can

Professor Picheng is very fair instructor. I took him over the summer and he gave different options to grading after the midterm(project etc). He is very encouraging as a person and promptly answers to your emails even to questions that have nothing to do with his course. He is very passionate about stocks and security valuation.
