Basically if you are an accounting major and really want to learn the concepts and step then this class is for you. He is hard but you will walk away learning alot. But if you have to just take the class to fulfill the business course stay away your stress level will be at an all time high. Take a different professor

Don't take this class unless you are an Accounting major!! Seriously... Quizzes are fairly easy (if you study). Tests are brutal and he doesn't teach ANYTHING at all in class. He basically reads from the book. Tests are also worth 80% of the grade and they're brutal. beware of this professor.

Do not take this class if you don't care to lear accounting, or if you're looking for an easy A. It's really hard to listen to a professor early in the morning and if you don't even like accounting. The weekly quizzes are the easiest part of the class bc the questions come straight out of the study guide, word for word.

OMG! He is the best professor in Pace if you actually want to learn about accounting. He is clear and organized. He makes quizzes do simple and the HW is like classwork. I would love to take him again.

Rabinowitz is a good professor to take if you are an accounting major or have had previous accounting experience. You definitely need to pay attention in his class and do the problems multiple times to fully understand them. If not, he will not answer your questions and just refer you somewhere else, as you are "wasting his time."

Whoever said that taking him as a summer course was the worst mistake of your life is absolutely correct. The best advice I could give is to only take him if you're an accounting major. I'm not, and I didn't understand any of the material that was being taught to me, and I felt like it was a waste of time.

RUN AND HIDE FROM THIS PROFESSOR! By all means avoid taking him if you can. He makes the class IMPOSSIBLY hard. You have a quiz every week.You get a long hw assignment every class they are always really hard and take hours to do. The class itself is the most boring class EVER. He doesn't teach, just reads from a packet he gives you.

Taking him for the summer was the worst mistake of my life. There are no quizzes, but the midterm was worth 40%, the final was worth 50% and the homework was 10%. It's such ****. Do not ever take him as a summer course.

The HW is INSANEEEEE. I had to bust my head to perform them and they take hrs to do. The quizzes reflect almost 100% the student packet that comes with paces acc book. The test is a combo of what is taught in class, the book and the quizzes. Quiz EACH class. I tried hard to pay attention but its so dull I had to take espressos to stay up

Rabinowitz is BRUTAL. if youre an accountant or have taken accounting before, this class is for you, If youre normal and accounting is new to you STAY AWAY. Because hes been teaching for 30+ years he thinks he can teach as if everything is simple. Long hw every week,quiz every week,exams are absurd. 1to4 correct answers PER problem. AVOID!!!

I agree. Anyone who says this professor is horrible is a moron!. He is one of the nicest, helpful and most simple teachers I have ever had at Pace. He gives all the answers to his quizzes and tests and prepares you for the hw with in class problems the day of. Take him you wont regret it.

First of all, anyone who thinks Rabinowitz is horrible is just a complete moron!.Hes one of the nicest guys in the world and clearly gives you all the questions and answers that are on the test. It is just up to you to study it. Dont be a lazy moron and you will have absolutely no problem. He also has alot of experience. Easy A if you just study !

This professor is HORRIBLE! I had no idea what he was talking about the entire time I sat through his class, no matter how hard I tried to pay attention. I put in about seven hours of work a week to end up withdrawing. This professor is not for everyone. You really have to want to take the time out to teach yourself the material.

amazing professor. his tests hws quizzes and classwork are all linked, so even though the work is kind of hard, its easy to follow. this guys is amazin, funny, purest nicest professors at pace. even if you dont do well in the class, it is impossible to blame him or dislike him or the class. explains everything thoroughly. take him if you can

TAKE HIM!!! he's incredibly organized and helpful. the class involves a lot of work, but its not hard and he helps you out if you ask. don't miss class and you'll do well. As a plus... he is so nice, you'll actually like accounting after his class
