Professor Holt really took the time to give examples for each and every topic. It's evident that he fully understands economics, and is eager to teach others. Because he wrote the textbook that was required for the class, the homework and quizzes were simple to complete, and the tests were exactly as expected.

Prof. Holt is an amazing teacher and wants his students to succeed. There are 4 homework packets and every chapter has a take home quiz due the next class period. There are 4 tests which are fairly easy if you study the homework packet, study guide, and practice exam he provides. A lot of the questions are reworded versions of previous questions.

Jeff Holt is one of the best teachers to take for any economic class. He wrote the book himself, and he makes the material easy to get through. Very funny and brought brownies/snacks to almost every class. Quizzes for every chapter, four homework assignments, and four tests. Make sure to study for the examines, they are difficult!

Professor Holt is a great professor if you want to know Econ. He wrote his own book, and all of the material is synchronized perfectly. The class itself wasn't difficult. I just highlighted, in my book, what he wrote on the board, studied it, and got an A. Highly recommend taking his class!

Amazing teacher. I was taking micro and macro for the first time together (different teachers) but Jeff makes Micro so easy to understand and makes his lectures very enjoyable and funny. I never did great on the tests he gave, they were somewhat difficult. Would absolutely take again though, one of if not the best professor Ive taken at TCC.
