Mike is by far one of my favorite marketing professors at the University. He's easily approachable, very understanding, and gives really good feedback. The sem was tough being online and all, but he made it really fun.

I wasnt looking forward to Marketing Research, but Mike made it good. He is reasonable and at least tries to be funny. Overall it was pretty good.

Mike was great, as always! I always love taking marketing classes with him. You do about 7 quizzes and drops your two lowest marks. The quizzes are decently easy too, not too long. He breaks down the paper, so for your final paper, you have all the information you need to write it. If you have a chance to take a class with Mike, I'd recommend it!

Mike is by far one of the best marketing profs at U of L. He makes marketing interesting and understandable, even in an advanced class. As usual he has 7 quizzes, top 5 are kept. In 4215 there is a large group project that gets combined over the entire semester. Its not too difficult and it really helps explain the marketing of real products.

Mike is a good guy. Nobody wants to take Marketing Research but he breaks it down into doable parts. Good feedback on the first two parts. He wants you to succeed.

I've taken mike for as many marketing subjects I can take, his way of interacting with the class is very engaging as your class is usually around 10-12 people. He is always looking to strike up a conversation related to if you need help with something or not. Usually only quizzes every Thursday (usually open book), projects are divided up nicely.

Mike was such a fun prof! One big paper, but he spreads it out, so you're not having to write the paper all at once. He divides it into 3 parts, so by the end, you're just putting it all together which helped out a lot. 10 small quizzes, which were super easy! Definitely would take a class with him again!! Would definitely recommend :)

Mike is a fantastic prof who is very funny and easy going. In social marketing there are weekly quizzes that cover what was discussed in class that week, which are fairly east. This makes up the majority of the grading scheme and all that is left is an open ended group project.

Mike is great! really quirky guy who loves to try to make his lectures interesting. Weekly quizzes instead of exams which is nice. He's generous with grading since he knows researching is a fairly new concept to us. Would recommend taking this class with him for sure!

Mike is great, his lectures are actually entertaining because he's a cool guy. There are weekly quizzes that you really don't need to study for, but he can be a hard marker. The marketing plan is a group project that isn't too hard. Discuss it with him and he'll give good guidance. He marks participation (20%), so talking in class is a must.

I've never gotten so many comments on my paper. Actually, I think most profs don't even read them. But Mike marked all over the papers -- between the lines, in the margins, on another sheet. He pushes you, so you don't just recite back what the book says, you've got to write your own marketing plan and make, like, a million decisions.
