Exams were unfair. She is disorganized and does not feel approachable. I know she is also the undergraduate director (and advisor?) and maybe that's why she's overwhelmed. Maybe I am misunderstanding her but it just seems like she feels miserable at her job. Hopefully, she can retire and relax soon or at least take on fewer responsibilities...

Quirky lady but overall a positive experience. Make sure to study well because her exams will include the tiniest details you might otherwise look over. I did well but I feel it was partly luck. Also when she says somethings gonna be on the exam listen up because she's not kidding.

Interesting material, very good delivery, generally no surprises on the exams. Pay attention to what she presents in class, because at least one of her short/long answer questions is what she presented in the class and sometimes it is not even part of the slides ( take detailed notes). EASY CLASS IF YOU ARE ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH WHAT SHE SAYS

took her for 340 found her exams hard & unfair but for this class she is amazing. I feel like you have to be generally knowledgable and not just book smart to do well in her class like people are used to. thats such a change & trust me im as lazy as you can get and i got an a+ on the prez and a- on the first midterm. if your brain smart youre good.

Exams are horrible. So few questions worth almost 50% of your grade. Get one wrong, there goes your A! The majority of the material is not in the articles she provides. Slides are abstract and complicated. The best part of this class was the guest lecture on voodoo. Lucie is nice but disorganized and won't answer your emails for weeks.

If you don't like reading textbooks, this class isn't for you. In her own words, the tests are based on "everything she mentioned in class, and everything she did not." You probably won't pass if you don't study the entire chapter of the textbook. Her midterm was also really hard the class average was low. Really gotta study for your grade.

Very approachable and knows the material very well. 2h 30min lecture can be a bit long but she tries to keep things interesting.

Her class was two hours long. At night. I struggled to stay focused, so make sure to get some caffeine prior to the class. Very monotone. Seems like a nice person. Tests are fair. Covers material from her lectures, slides and some parts of the book which she tells you about in class.

The worst professor by far from my 4 years at concordia! Completely disorganized, and never posts things online for students. Turnaround time for grading is atrocious, takes forever to correct anything. Uses her own grading scale way disproportionate to concordia's and is often rude and snarky, avoid all her classes at all costs!!!

She talks very quickly and without a laptop I would have missed 80% of the material. She also does not post any notes online so you either have to show up to class and actually pay attention or read your textbook.

Really fair grader, keeps you interested through an entire 2-hour night class. Engages students, lots of discussion in class. But you MUST go to class - slides are bare bones and lots of concepts are hashed out in class the way the book never would. But the book is still really useful for tying the discussion together. Fav class this semester!

Honestly, she isn't that bad. But you have to ATTEND CLASS!!! Because she doesn't give much notes on her slides, instead she spends the entire class talking so be ready to write or type! Other then that her tests are fair, if you go to class the topics she spends more time talking about will be on the EXAM for sure.

Boring and tough material to begin with, but she explains everything so well. She is patient and understands that the material is not easy. Exams are fair. Concentrate on everything she emphasizes in class and spends the most time on. I took her in the evening and managed to pay attention during the entire class everytime! Psyc 340 is trickier.

I took her for psyc 316 and psychopathology. Her lectures can be a bit boring at times but she is the most patient teacher I have ever met. She will never get tired of explaining something if you don't understand it. Seems like an amazing therapist and gives real examples on her experiences in the field during lectures. Exams are tricky

She's quite funny, but don't let that trick you. Her exams are tough and easy to mess up though they seem like they *could* be easy. She focuses a lot on the details instead of the main points. The book she uses is very heavy. Take her only if there are no better options.

this class is super interesting, yet it`s very difficult. the tests are very worrisome, as you have to memorize practically the entire book. otherwise, classes are interesting, but the exams are unfair.
