Fluker is amazing. Really great professor and truly cares about her students. As far as getting a good grade, go to her lectures whether it's in person or over zoom and read the power points for sure. If you're having trouble then read the book as well and reach out to her, she will always help.

I love Mrs. Flucker. She would give us her number to call her if we had questions and was so caring. Shes hilarious and gives free 100s on quizzes if needed. Shes one of the best professors Ive had

Great professor and really cares about her students. Lecture slides are very very long. She gave us like 4 free quiz grades. The study guides for the test were usually helpful except for one.

Dr. Fluker is my absolute favorite professor at Texas State!!! You have to take her!!! She is understanding, relatable, and will make you smile! She makes the class so easy that I didn't need to buy the textbook. Tests are lecture-heavy, but Dr. Fluker is so wonderful that you'll want to come to every class.

Fluker is SO sweet & truly cares for her students & her job. Teaching is solely lecture based, but she makes the quizzes & tests extremely straightforward & gives whatever resources she can to make it doable to pass the class. A lot of info taught but her personality makes it interesting. Textbook is suggested but lowkey not necessary to do well.

Professor Fluker is an amazing professor! She genuinely cares for each of her students and she makes it known. This class only consists of 10 quizzes and 4 exams and they are all fairly easy if you pay attention in class. She also gives study guides. Overall a great teacher and easy to manage an A.

Dr. Fluker is an amazing professor. During every class, she will remind her students how much she loves them. It made me smile every time. She truly cares about what she does. As long as you look at the powerpoints, you will do just fine.

dr fluker is great, caring, and such a character; although she did make a self-harm joke once that i really did not appreciate. this class is SUPER interesting and fun, take it if you can! there's no work, other than tests so make sure you do good on those! they're taken online, you'll be good as long as you have her powerpoints open

LOVE HER! She's an awesome teacher. There is 4 exams that are graded, she gives you the option to take the final which is the 4th exam if you like your average grade. She takes attendance very seriously so don't skip besides it'll benefit your overall grade at the end of the semester.

I love this woman! There is only 4 exams in this class and that is it. They are all online so it is open book open note, I'd still study though. She is very funny, very strict on phone use, and very strict on attendance. You have to sign a sheet every day in class saying you are there and didn't just leave.

Mrs. Fluker is by far the best professor I've ever had. She's so sweet and genuinely cares about her students and their well being. You do need to go to class in order to get all the info you need for tests, but she makes lectures fun so I honestly looked forward to going. I would take her for every subject if I could. TAKE THIS CLASS!

Absolutely amazing woman. Rarely cancelled class, even if she was in the emergency room the night before. Does a great job teaching, but you HAVE to go to class and take notes, because not all the information on the test is in the slides she posts online.

She was the most amazing professor that I've had at Texas State. I took her at 8am and she would let us pick songs we wanted to hear to get the day started. The grades are only based on test but she will give you the review exactly like the test and will help a student to the best of her ability. There is a reward for no absences in her class.
