I had Dr. Sprano for Calc 2. Super hard class but Sprano is a golden professor. He works hard to explain what you need to know, not extra nonsense to fill time. Does study sessions before each test, even brought food sometimes. Loves his students and really works hard to show it. The classes he teaches are hard but don't mistaken that for meaness

Im Engineering major. Great guy. Lectures pretty good. Accessibly out of class and really helpful. Gives a review session before each test for calc 1 & 2. Tough on grading but wants you to succeed. Homework not mandatory but necessary for passing.

Dr. Sprano is one of the best math professors at LU! Even though I received a D in the end in his class, he worked with me many times in his office to help me understand, especially as a first time student taking calculus. It is mandatory to study for this class, you won't pass if you don't! He is always willing to answer questions. Take him!

Dr. Sprano is pretty great. Didn't go in expecting very much but his lectures actually made sense, and I never encountered more than a few problems on the tests that I couldn't tackle after figuring out how to do his homework problems. Calc 2 is hard, but Dr. Sprano gives you everything you need to succeed.

Sprano is very sarcastic but he's a great Professor and knows Mathematics quite well! I took him for Calc 1 and took advantage of his office hours and reviews for each test we had. You will have to seriously study and do the homework he assigns. He doesn't collect it but it prepares for the actual test! He is definitely more than happy to help you!

Dr. Sprano is my favorite math professor that I have had. He has a sarcastic sense of humor that can take some getting used to, but his class is fun once you are used to his style. He is always easy to understand and explains concepts well.

If you fall behind for a second in this class, you'll have a very hard time passing. Luckily he is really nice and funny, so you can talk to him about what's going on and he can work with you on your grade.

Professor Timothy is absolutely a great math teacher! He's really sarcastic in class but in a humor way. Although the test is kind of tough but as long as you work on it hard, you should be fine. Definitely take his class again !

Courses: MATH 200, 305, 421 Brilliant. Sprano is almost always in his office and will help whoever, not by answering all the problems, but by asking questions that force you to rethink the concepts and apply them. He is dedicated to his students and truly wants to positively impact them spiritually and academically.

Sprano is a good teacher if you're a math major. Otherwise passing this class will be monstrously hard. Because his area of expertise is advanced algebra, his problems will often be mathematical puzzles not actually testing the concepts taught in class. His sarcasm, while witty, is definitely not suited for students barely grasping math. Beware!

Literally one of the best Math professors I've had at Liberty. Attendance is an important in order to pass. If you put the work in you are going to pass. Had him for Calc 1. He is very accessible outside of class and is willing to work with you till you understand the material. Do the homework and pay close attention to the fine details.

Sprano is a great teacher. The class is difficult, definitely make time to study and practice a lot! Practicing the homework problems and problems like the ones he comes up with is really helpful for tests. Go to the review sessions, and know the proofs and definitions he tells you to! Easy points. I had him for Calc 1 and 2 and he is the best.

Don't expect feedback for assignments. In fact, don't expect your assignments back on time or even at all. However, he generally goes over the homework and tests, which greatly helps.
