Instructs as best as possible for the subject being taught. Chemistry is a hard field of study, so don't expect to cruise through. Study hard - pass, study 0% - fail. Pretty clear.

Dr. Evans would be an amazing teacher is he didn't come off as so condescending. He made it clear in front of the entire class that he thought I didn't care about Chemistry because I didn't answer out loud like others. I had a B in the class, so he was very wrong in saying that. I also have severe social anxiety, so speaking in a class is very hard

This guy is the worst professor I ever had in college. He is alternatively bungling and mean. He is especially nasty in one on one office meetings, so if you go, take a friend to be a witness. He told me "he was sick of my whining" and other inapporpriate things. Take his classes at summer courses at other schools. Youll be glad you avoided him.
