I had her for an asynchronous class. She was very clear in her expectations and the course material was pretty easy. I even missed a testing period and she let me take it the next day with a few points off for being late, which was fair. She provided plenty of learning material for an asynchronous course.

I am unsure why she has such low ratings, but I absolutely loved her. Because of COVID I turned in multiple assignments late but she always gave full credit - she was very understanding that students have lives outside of school and was super accommodating. The exams were easy as long as you have studied the slides a bit.

I went to every class and still only got a B-. I would not recommend professor Setiloane. She is a nice person, but she is not a good teacher at all. Save your money and take it to a teacher who doesn't just read right out of the textbook and doesn't even understand what she is teaching.

This class was very unorganized. She is a nice person and the assignments are easy. The group project was a pain, but the final was a reflection paper which was so easy. This class is an easy grade if you do the work

Took online over winter. Her online lectures were useless, so I stopped watching them and just memorized the textbook myself and did really well that way. Have to study a lot, but doable. A lot of her exam and quiz questions were either incorrect or ambiguous - I got points back by going to her office. But she's very slow to reply to emails.

I was nervous to take her after reading the reviews here, but she really wasn't that bad. The exams are crazy specific and questions are confusing but there are so many other opportunities to earn points. She drops the lowest test score, attendance helps ur grade a lot and she usually give full credit on other assignments. Not hard to get a B.

have no idea why she has such a low rating. shes so nice and understanding, and the tests are extremely easy if you study her slides (i never read the textbook and get 90s on the test & studied night b4 ). also theres never hw. only annoying thing is she doesnt always say when she puts a new hw assignment on canvas so u have to check like everyday

Class is an easy A/A-. If you study from the book you'll do fine. Tests are not challenging and the other assignments throughout the year are small and do not take up much time.

By far the worst class I've ever taken in UDel. She is not clear about what she is rendering in the UDcapture. Every piece of knowledge is thrown chaotically without an order. As an intro class, she expects you to recite all the names of the nutrients/the diseases, the effects and the calculations. Insane course load and horrible grading standard.

The class wasn't that hard but this professor was horrible. Most of the time she didn't know what she was talking about, once she asked us how many letters were in the alphabet. One of the exam grades is dropped so the grade in the class is made up of one project 3 exams and a few other small assignments. I studied for the exams by reading the book

It's an easy class. However, she is a great teacher. I kinda feel like I'm back in elementary school. Take this course, she's really a gem.

By far the worst professor and class. She reads off the slides and sounds very unknowledgeable, I learned nothing in the class. Lectures consist of basic concepts about health, but exams are about the smallest, most irrelevant of details. Study her slides and you'll at least get a B in the course. Need a GPA boost or easy course, take it.

The content of this class isn't difficult, especially if you've taken public health. The professor is not awesome at communication - she takes several days to respond to email, assignments are assigned to canvas without her telling the class there was homework. Exams are relatively straightforward if you read the textbook and PowerPoint slides.

Save urself the misery of this class if you can! While the material is common knowledge her ambiguous canvas assignments (which she neglects to inform you ab besides saying "check canvas" as you're walking out the door) will CRUSH ur grade if you don't hand them in on time. This seems easy except she assigns the most random due times like Sat @3pm!

Her teaching skill is b/w low and moderate but her class is STILL WORTH TAKING! If you remember her Powerpoints, you are guaranteed to get a 90+ on each test! This class is an Easy A b/c there's other easy ways to boost your grade! Her lectures (Powerpoints) are pointless so be prepared to do other homework or just take notes.

This class used to be easy and now its not. The exams are very detailed and attendance is mandatory. She is extremely particular on what she wants but doesn't fully explain what she actually wants. Not an east "A" anymore

Dr. Setiloane's class is so easy! It is almost impossible not to get an A. She has 4 exams (with information coming straight from the lectures and book and she dropped the lowest exam score. There are lots of small assignments that help boost your grade and she gives extra credit opportunities. She's so sweet and really loves what she teaches!
