Dr. Harris was my favorite teacher that I had last semester. The material was interesting and made you think. The work was reasonable. The difficulty and grading was completely fair. She's a very nice person who makes you feel comfortable in class. I thoroughly enjoyed having her and I hope to have her again!

Dr. Harris is an AMAZING teacher; VERY open-minded and intelligent. I really enjoyed all the reading she assigned us. I also feel like her guidance did a lot for my writing. She knows what she's talking about and is very approachable if you need help. She definitely wants you to succed and does all she can to help you out.

Dr. Harris is spacey alot of times. She only uses the text book. Because it is an intro class (intro to lit) it was not hard but it is boring. She will NEVER let you out early and talks too fast. The calss is easy but all the poetry sucks

Good Prof. Expects you to improve your writing as the semester progresses. Has no problem putting you in your place if you need it, but otherwise nice. A bit spacey and distracted at times. This class will make you a better writer, as well as a better reader. Makes you think.

Dr. Harris is a great teacher. This class and her comp 2 class are great! There is alot of reading involved but it is fun reading. She listens to the students thoughts and opinions on books and the ones that are the most popular she continues to teach from. I recommend both classes to everyone.

She is a feminist, but she dosn't fail you if you don't agree with her. Her and I agreed on about 2 things all semester and I got an "A". Expect to work, its not a free ride, but you will learn a lot. She is wonderful but dosn't put up with crap

Great professor. Much better than Washington was at Comp I. He was a **** ****. I really enjoyed Dr. Harris. She always took the time to give individual attention if you needed it. This was the first literature class I ever enjoyed!
