Absolutely fantastic prof! Midterms and exam are very easy if you keep up with the lecture material, always responds quickly to emails and lectures are interesting. Assignments/lab are marked a bit tougher but that's due to the TAs. 11/10, can't say enough good things about her.

I loved Dr. Robinson! She was so enthusiastic while teaching and it made the content really enjoyable! She will tell you exactly what you need to know for midterms and is clearly very passionate about the subject matter. Zero complaints, I'd highly recommend her!

Probably one of my favourite professors. Super kind and willing to clarify content. You can tell she is really passionate about her research. The seminar assignments are more annoying than difficult, but not tricky. Found her exams very fair, and her practice questions super helpful. I really enjoyed this class.

She speaks with high clarity, and is willing to answer questions. Most of lecture is her re-reading whats on the slides, but she adds in a few more details that could appear on the midterm/exam. Midterm/exams are very fair as long as you know the content on the slides. Labs are harder to do well in, but that's mostly on the TAs.

She's one of my favourite professors. Professor Robinson reads off of slides but tends to go into details that will help explain the concepts more. During the COVID-19 situation, I found her online lectures extremely helpful. I don't think attendance is mandatory for you to get a good grade, but I enjoyed going to her lectures!

Comment:
Her lectures are very boring because she just reads off the slides. The first lab was an opinion based set of questions and the average was in the in the 60's, literally received a 45 and my only comment was "write more" when i wrote the max. Communication was poor. This was also the only class using respondus online finals due to COVID-19.

Comment:
Her lectures are very boring due to her just simply reading off a power point, and also, the fist lab was an opinion based set of questions and the average was in the 60's so that will teach you how hard they grade. Only take this class if you have too. (also the only teacher to use a webcam during online finals due to COVID-19)

Lindsay is really amazing as a prof! Lectures are mostly her reading off the slides but she really goes more into detail to help you fully understand concepts. Midterm was super fair and exactly what she said it would be. Overall a great presence and an awesome person

One of the most organized and interesting Profs I've had. She is really enthusiastic about the material and she gives you all the materials necessary to succeed. No textbook required unless you want background information on the topics. She easily keeps the class engaged and her lectures are extremely easy to understand.

My fav prof in my undergrad at Guelph. Lindsay is really enthusiastic and actually teaches content instead of just reading off a slide. No textbook is required but if you attend class and write good lecture notes, she sets you up for success on the exam! Definitely have to do the work to get a good mark, but content is interesting and prof is great

Lindsay Robinsons class was one of my favourite experiences of my undergrad. She was very approachable and excited to discuss the material should you have any questions. Her lectures were rooted in results from peer-reviewed journals, which is a more realistic approach to learning for those with further academic pursuits. Overall, A+!

She's very sweet, approachable and a great professor. Two things i really liked about her: 1. she really cares about how you do on the exam - guides you on what's expected, and goes over tough material again. 2. she chips in on the message board discussions before exams, with hints and comments. she takes a genuine interest in teaching.

One of the nicest profs I've ever had. Extremely helpful. The class is not very difficult, which unfortunately means that people tend to talk through it.

This prof was really great! Spoke clearly and explained things very well! Very Helpful and it was a shame that the class would keep talking during lecture and interupt her teaching. For the midterm make sure you know all the answers to te practice midterm because it is very similar to the actual midterm!

Has trouble controlling the class, describes things in too much detail taht students just lose attention... But don't get me wrong, nothing's wrong with detail. Then again, she threatened us by taking away some note postings so we pay more attention to her :/
