Pretty good at teaching. Also places the emphasis on application of law rather than making us needlessly memorize every single law, which I really appreciated.

Prof. Walsh is very chill and teaches well. She does go off topic sometimes. All work is online so you can use google to help you out. She was a bit tough on grading with a couple assignments because she is looking for specific details but for the most part it should be an easy A or B and she curves the grades as well.

I took her class online and honestly it was super easy. As long as you read through the powerpoint and recorded lectures, you will be more than good. She was a bit tough on grading with a couple assignments because she is looking for specific details but for the most part it should be an easy A or B and she curves the grades as well.

DO NOT take this class if your major is anything besides Business. It is a lot of unnecessary work. Too many assignments and tough grading. I stressed more about this class than my actual CS courses that were related to my major and career. It is not fair to have to do so much work for a class that is close to useless towards by career.

She is very responsive and easy to get in touch with. Always giving good feedback on all the assignments. There are assignments and the blog posts, but she is a VERY fair grader. Her assignment prompts make you think; easy to debate. Make sure you provide facts/reasoning, use case law, and reference the textbook. You'll get an A.

Just go to class, participate often and do all the assignments and its an easy A. Each homework should take you about 1-2 hours weekly. No midterm. Highly recommend this class for an easy elective. Attendance gets you extra points so go to class.

She is a lawyer and she is 60+ years old. this class is entirely about laws and ethics. Any question she asks just say it depends. the discussions are online just easy participate & get full marks, the assignments need to be done carefully easy. Nothing special in class very boaring(law is always boring). do the final project well to get an easy A

I took her distance learning class for Legal & Ethical Behavior. Interesting course overall, also depends on how interested you are in the subject. Her lectures are a little confusing at times, I think mostly because they have been recorded for a few years. But you can always email or call her as well and she is happy to help. Good class overall.

I really enjoyed her class. She's funny and really seems to know what she's talking about. There is a lot of group work, and she seems to take attendance seriously. She has an Italian accent, but I didn't find it very difficult to understand her.

WORST PROFESSOR EVER! Extremely unfair grader. Does not welcome any other views on any topic except for her own. The videos provided have no content which will explain laws related to the assignments to be answered. Textbook readings necessary for each assignment are also not at all related to the assignments. Please don't take her class ever.

She has an accent but it isn't hard to understand. She makes you interested in the class and is helpful. The quizzes are done online and you have to do a group final. Do the work and get an A. I recommend her!

Professor Walsh was a great professor- she made the class light and interesting, and kept cracking jokes. You learn a lot but you have to read a lot to do well in her class. She loves if you participate, so make sure you do and you should easily get an A.

She has a pretty thick Italian accent which can make her a little hard to understand at times but for the most part it isn't too bad. The class was very easy, midterm and final were both group papers. Only time I needed the book was for homework and the midterm & final. The class is really boring but if you can take her for anything, go for it.

I took Legal and Ethical Issues in Business. You will learn a lot. You will need to read a lot, and it is well worth it. I got an A+, but I worked for it becuase I like to debate and her online class is all about reading and responding based on those readings plus your own opinion.
