Really easy, 3 papers, midterm and final. In the review session before each test he tells you exactly what you need to know.

Nice guy, but super boring. He gives you study guides for the midterm and final and goes over all the answers in a review session so you really don't need to go to class, but he's strict on mandatory attendance. Three papers and midterm and final. Really easy grader. You don't need to pay attention in class. Easy B.

Dr. Carlson is nice enough but honestly he belongs in theology not phil/logic. His "proof" for the existence of god doesn't even pass the giggle test and he's not interested in reading papers that disagree with his (extremely self-contradictory) religious views. Bottom line -- easy enough grader just not very intelligent.

Not a difficult class, but at times it was unclear what we went over in class. Really Nice guy though. Easy paper grader and holds review sessions before tests that really help. I learned more in the review session than in class. Recommend if you have to take this class, take him.

God and Persons... What can I say? It's a class no one at CU really wants to take. He is STRICT about attendance, but a very easy grader on his papers. Only one test, and he holds review sessions throughout the semester to prepare for it. Oh yeah, he proved that God exsists. I didn't understand it, but he seemed really sure about the big guy.

Really nice guy, always willing to help. A little hard to understand, but it's phl, so it's always wordy. Wrote about 6 3-page papers and 1 test. AGREE with his views on papers and GUARANTEED easy A. He gave both the questions and answers on the final, but still have to study. Strict attendance. I would take again and strongly recommend.

He goes off on tangents often, but there aren't any quizes or daily assignments. He only gives two tests, and he gives you pretty close to the answers so the tests are easy. He has interesting topics and some class discussion.

Interesting material, although I don't think many other students would agree. Requires two (5 pg) papers, and a midterm and final (9 short-answer questions each). Nothing due on a daily basis. Strict attendance, but you just have to sit there. Professor seems like a genuinely nice guy.

Strict attendnce policy and extremely boring. But, he is possibly the easiest grader ever. A no effort last minute paper still gets an A most of the time. If you want an easy A take the class, if you want something interesting or challenging look elsewher
