Cindee is a wonderful person in general. She is willing to help and very understanding. The rules in her class only make you a better signer. She treats all her students equally. Participate,seek help as needed,do your homework and complete your hours and you will get an A. No butt kissing required! If you take her courses you will learn!

Awesome teacher but a hard class.. Be ready to give up your life and just focus on ASL. Do no take any hard classes with this class!!!!!!!! Deaf community hours is extremely fun. If you ever need help just talk to Cindee she is amazing and nice. Try not to talk in class and hang out with deaf students or anyone deaf!!!!!

The only people who have something bad to say are the ones who's hearts aren't really in ASL- SHE is the best of both worlds- Deaf and hearing, and has a perfect way of meeting in the middle of the two and teaching both worlds about the other. She is 100% passionate about what she does, and it shines through with her personality. BEST ASL TEACHER!

Great teacher, but she is very hard and you will not pass unless you work very hard. Lots of hours out side of school are required when taking her class. Don't take with a full work load. For an easier A take Davis!!

I love Cindee!! She is the perfect teacher to take ASL1 with. I've been at BC for a while and she is by far the best teacher there! She is willing to listen to you when you have a problem with the class or with life. You will always remember her facial expressions even after the class is done. My advice, take her!

I have taken Cindee three times. I full heartedly reccomend her to any student at all interested in sign language because you will fall in love with it. Whether it's her culture class or ASL 1 class you will learn everything she has to offer. and if you don't like her- TB!

Ok I had to put in my 2 cents. . . She's the bestest in the westest and there's no doubt about that! We all love her and we all know it. SO, my advice to those of you checking her out to see if you wanna take her class: TAKE IT! It's "fabulous" and so is she! :)

The best professor of the department. Since she is a child of Deaf adults you will get first hand knowledge of the Deaf culture and ASL. She can be a little overwhelming at times, but that's what I loved best about her. Overall, her classes are fun and I loved going to them.

Cindee is awesome! She's such a warm and extroverted person, with very strong convictions at least when it comes to Deaf culture and its language. There's no way to get off topic in this class since she's constantly signing,but when she does tell stories they're always fascinating and even touching. Her class is frequently punctuated with laughter.
