Prof Smith is NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING. She's ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP, even if she doesn't have time she WILL MAKE TIME for you. She's BRILLIANT, she knows her stuff. She gives you hints on what to study, but her QUESTIONS ARE HARD. Her knowledge is beyond her years. Empathy is REAL with this woman, you won't regret having her for a professor GREAT

Professor Marcy Smith, is simply AMAZING. The depth of her knowledge of stress and what it does to the body is incredible. Professor Smith has pushed this issue so that it become a mandatory class. I feel once you take this class, you will see exactly how much one can put in perspective everyday stress and stressors. A MUST TAKE CLASS FOR ALL.

This course was great. The professor provided us with a wealth of resources as well as excellent lectures. She was available to each student and provided off schedule office hrs. when needed. She obviously has passion for her field and helping students deal with life stress !!

This class was by far the most amazing class I have ever taken. All students entering college should be required to take it. Students that have an interest in psychology will love this course and use every bit of information taught by Professor Smith in all aspects of life. The best class I have taken. It has relevance for career and personal life. The Professor is excellent, fair, and accessible and accomplished in her field.Too bad about neg. untrue entries from a few rude immature disrespectful students who disrupted the class,contributed zero to discussion, and then blame faculty for their failure. Grow up.

Awful teacher, do NOT take her class. She only directed her attention to two of the 20 people in the class. If you ask question she becomes rude, always going off topic. If you decide to leave early she will chase you down the hall. Dont feel like i learned anything at all, because she didnt teach anything. Dont take the class!

This class is aweful! DO not take this class. She does not like to help students out at all, she only cares about students who seem interested in the subject. Gives no feedback in the course. Going into the course she expects you to know everything. And looks down on you if you ask her a question (she assumes that you should know it)

This course is UNBELIEVABLE, what you learn will blow your mind. Prof. Smith delivers the material in such a way that seems like she applies it personally to EACH student. I am amazed when I see a so called " new finding or information" on stress or trauma reported in the media, and remember Prof. Smith had already shared that information with us in class,an example of her expertise in this multidisciplinary field.
