This class is pretty easy if you don't mind writing 3 essays for the semester. There's no limit to how much you write, but make sure that you get your point across using the prompt and you'll make at least a B. The final was optional. I opted out and made a B in the class with B's for every essay. I recommend this course for writing intensive.

Very easy class, I would recommend it for your writing intensive requirement... a note though the class can be a bit boring and he rants a lot but he's a good prof.

Professor Heard knows the material very well. There are only 4 take home essays with 1-2 questions. The class can be a little boring at times, but it is not that bad. He treats us like adults and does not take attendance. If you put forth the effort, you should be able to get at least a B.

Dr. Heard id one of my favorite professors. He does not take attendance because he treats us like adults and said things may come up where we may have to miss class. All the powerpoints and readings are on his website. There was a midterm essay and final essay with 3 questions each. As long as you put forth the effort, you will get at least a B.

The class is somewhat boring, but it is not that bad. The only assignments are 3 take home essay exams. There are usually 2-3 questions with one of them being extra credit. There is no attendance policy, but it's good to go at least once a week. He knows a lot about the subject and uses examples from other cities to elp you understand the concepts.

Really good guy. Not the greatest professor I've ever had, but knows his stuff. Very helpful, if you ask him. No test, only 10 quizes and a mid-term paper. Quizzes require you to know book almost word for word. Would take him again.

This guy definitely knows his material and presents it very well. Tests are take home essays, be prepared to type, 3 questions, 5-7 pages each, one week. I'm interested in the subject, but this material can only be boring, be prepared to look at mostly graphs, charts, and numbers. They should rename this class "Transportation Statistics"

Class consists of powerpoint presentations and him talking. The exams are typed papers, which are not very hard - if you go to class. Interesting teacher, alot of experience.
