class is boring, doesnt use textbook, just lectures all class about his past. grade given at the end was complete surprise. 50% of my class went to him about his incorrect grading policy, never changed one. if you like your grade to be pulled out of a hat, take him.

this guy isa class A d-bag. if he doesnt like you drop the class because you are f'd. if you're a good looking girl or a guy who doesnt mind crawling up his ass, then you're all set. otherwise, stay away, essays are worth 55% of the test and he grades based on the name not on what you write. you have been warned

At first Kenda seemed like a decent professor, but it became obvious that he had never taught the course. He just talked about past experiences, which were interesting but usually irrelevant. Compared to other Intro to Bus. classes I felt like I did nothing and learned nothing. Very tough grader, and useless if you need extra help.

He was an alright professor. I did not learn anything from the lectures. Does not have office hours and gets frustrated when you ask to meet with him. Essays on tests are graded strictly and he will take off alot of points if you are missing something small. More than one choice to his multiple choice questions. Project will help your grade.

Hey, this is a great guy. Really loves his job and his prior career in Marketing. Uses real life experiences to teach, and a lot of real world demonstrations with current firms and companies. Can be hilarious at times. Great class to take with a great teacher.

Nice guy. Helpful. Class is kind of boring. The tests are not ridiculous, you just have to understand more subtle differences. Like on a multiple choice test there might be two right answers, but one is 'more right'. Kind of like the ap tests. He grades on a really good curve too. Group project wasn't terribly difficult either.

This was my first-ever business class, but I ended up loving marketing because of this guy. At first he seems boring, but he tells funny jokes, uses amusing web examples, and doesn't take himself too seriously. Do the readings, take good notes of what he discusses in class, and you'll do well in this class!

Sounds EXACTLY like Ben Stein. Everyday in class I'm just waiting for him to go "Buehler....Buehler..." Pretty much he's a really nice guy, but it's very easy to zone out in his class.

Overall he's a nice guy and loves telling jokes that he laughs at. He makes a pretty simple class hard. You have to read the text book and pretty thoroughly. The tests are not particularly hard but the questions are worded really poorly and he grades tough on the essays. Should def study more than you'd think. Project is easy and helps your grade.

Class is interesting but the exams are real tough. Too much materials in a 6 weeks class. He gets into fineprint details of the texts for questions on the exams. Must keep up with the readings. It bites!

OK teacher. Class is very boring, doesn't prompt you to read textbook until the midterm. The material he covers in class is often very important to the test, so do your best to stay awake and keep up on the reading. Difficult tests, but the project can balance that out if you work hard.

Prof. Kenda is a pretty entertaining guy.. meaning funny... he even made me laugh when he laughed at his own jokes. Go to class! Check blackboard because that will count towards participation. Read! and don't miss class presentations becuase he uses the companies for essay quesitons on the test

Kenda is a good guy with a dry sense of humor. His tests are very difficult. They cover a huge amount of material and the questions are too specific. But he makes good use of Blackboard as a study aid. No need to go to class every day, so take this class with someone you know that can sign you i

Class is boring and the exams are real tough. He gives all correct answers on mult. choice and says pick the best. Only 3 grades, 2 exams and project. You learn a lot in his class if you can stay awake. Class is easy, but to do good you have to keep up with the reading. Good teacher.

Pretty good teacher, classes sometimes a little boring but you don't need to go to all of them to get a good grade. The tests aren't that bad if you've done the reading beforehand. There is one group project that is pretty easy too. Not a bad class.

His tests are such bullcrap, every answer for multiple choice is correct. Such unfair grading. I knew more than most of the class and still ended up with a crappy grade. Straight A student getting less than an A in MARKETING, whaaaat?!?
