Responds quickly and just wants what's best for you. I am not very physically fit, yet she still encouraged me well. She allowed me to do modifications of things. She is really understanding, just communicate. Her priority wasn't whether or not you did exactly what the instructor of the workout was doing, but that you were benefiting your wellness.

This is the easiest class I've taken at UNCW and Prof. Todd is the best! This is a great class to take if you just need an easy A or are trying to give yourself a break. Everything you learn in this class, you can apply to real life; it's great!

Very easy and fun class. I took group exercise and yoga with her and she didn't make the workouts too difficult but always added optional moves to challenge yourself or go easier if it's too hard. Makes a lot of jokes and you're allowed three absences. The online portion is annoying, but she is a very lenient grader with them.

Shes amazing. This class does help with happiness and shows you youre not alone with what problems you face. A midterm(takes less than 20 mins) , 4 discussion boards (that take 5 mins), 3 response papers (take an hour) and then a final. such an easy class and awesome professor!!!!!!

I've taken a couple of classes with her now, and have loved every class period. She responds to emails quickly, is completely understanding when technology doesn't work, and works with you to help you get the most out of her class even if it means going out of her way to be of assistance to students. Definitely recommend!!

I love her! She is so nice and caring. She doesn't make you push yourself too hard and the lecture portion isn't really that bad either, just make sure to keep up with it and get it done early if you can. Take her if you can!

The lab is online, which means that she does not care much about the students who are taking the course. She has many other classes and does not show much interest in the course. There is a ton of homework to do for this class, and it is a pointless lecture online.

She's a really awesome professor. She gives opportunity for extra credit. There is a limit on absences so you should go to class, but it was a great class so I liked to go. Even if you do go over your absences, she gives opportunities to make some of them up. She's hilarious and makes going to class fun. 10/10 would recommend.

Took for online/lecture portion of PED101- good lectures there was just a ton of homework (not sure if that was her decision or LAB PED professor's decision)- homework was online and counted EVERY TINY MISTAKE (spelling/etc) wrong.

Ms. Todd was awesome. I did yoga and group exercise, the class is mostly yoga. The online lecture is the way to go, you can find answers to the online homework and quizzes on Quizlet. Just buy the access code online, don't even by the Ebook or anything Easy, you get 3 absences. Class is actually less than 50 minutes because she lets you out early.

I took her group exercise/yoga class for PE credit and was so glad I did. Ms. Todd is a very understanding instructor and is very reasonable with her expectations. You are allowed only three absences but the class is painless to go to. I definitely taking the online lecture option to go with the lab. Homework and quiz once a week and that's it.

Took her as a PED lecture teacher. I went to maybe 3 classes. She posts all of the powerpoints online, but they didn't help on the homework and tests anyway. She was a very nice lady, but I would recommend trying to take the online lecture.

Put off PED for several years, but ended up being a breeze with her. Just show up to all the classes, do the health homework and quizzes and you'll get an A no problem. Beginning physical activity was just as it sounds and she did not expect any more than that.

Marsha's lectures were long and awful, and half the time she just told us different things that were going to kill us. They were so boring that I could barely stay awake. I ended up never going to lecture because I couldn't stand it. All the homework is online, and there is a ton of it but the due dates are always on the same day of the week.
