Comment:
Too easy. Doesn't really cover much material, so you don't learn much. Which is fine, if you just want an easy A, but some of us actually want an education. Too many off-topic references to her master's work, which frankly the topic is questionable.

The class wasn't an easy A, but as long as you read and understand the concepts you'll be good to go. An interview of a baby boomer, seven quizzes, and four exams is what the class was comprised of.

Best history professor I have ever had! She makes the material so interesting that I really look forward to class. Her essays and tests or not easy, and she has high expectations for all of her students, which I think is a great thing! Definitely go to class and complete all of the assigned readings. You will definitely not regret taking her.

This professor was awesome. She really enjoys what she's teaching and because of that the class remains interesting. You have to READ the material and take good notes. Quizzes come from reading material and exams come from class lectures. I really enjoyed this class and she was a very nice person.

Dr Kaiser is my favorite professor this semester. She LOVES history and this makes her class so interesting. I wouldn't call this an easy class, though. You have to work for a good grade ( read, study well) and take notes. She puts study guides on moodle for the tests. I would definitely take one of her classes again!

She is a VERY good teacher! makes history a little less boring. has powerpoints for every lecture but does not post them on moodle and expects you to take notes. she gives about 7 quizzes and drops your 2 lowest grades. but you have to read to pass the quiz. and 3 tests including the final! overall an easy class as long as you STUDY!

She requires her students to do a lot of work (read, look through books in the library, a major project in which the student must go read old newspapers on microfilm, etc), but after her class your knowledge on the subject matter is so great and accurate. She is a good teacher who is helpful, nice, smart, and makes learning interesting.

I had Dr. Kaiser several semesters ago. Not bad, not great. In fact, I wrote a sort of negative evaluation but it don't appear anymore. I wonder why?

If you enjoy reading ,(assigned a 500 page autobiography)writing analytical papers (2) and "memorizing" every single detail within the 40 pages of notes every test--then this class is for you! Literally did all of the readings, quizzes and papers, and barley made a B. Good teacher, she just expects way too much for a 200 level class.

i thought she was an awesome teacher. I hate history... but she made it so interesting. However, i'm usually a straight A student and I barely got a B in the class. unless you want to take only that class for the whole semester, then i would do it because the workload is rediculous. NOT KIDDING! she grades very hard too. worse than english teacher

Women's history is amazing! Dr. Farmer Kaiser is the best history teacher I have ever had. She knows her stuff and has an interesting way of teaching it! She is very helpful and presents all of the material in a direct manner. Read the assignments and do your work. You will have no problem passing with an A or B if you go to class!

Great teacher! Teaches the subject clearly with extra point options & side readings that are far from boring. Well rounded, interesting subject matter off the beaten path, but within the scope of the subject. Very interesting, not the normal hum-drum monotone subject matter.

Dr. Kaiser's class was well worth taking. She's not like other professors who just lecture and not get into detail, she most def. got into detail. If you have to take History 221, 222, take her, you will not regret it.

Great teacher. Lectures are very interesting. You can ask her any question about history and if she doesn't already know it she will take the time to look it up for you. She may also do a few reviews before exams. These are very helpful and I would suggest going to them if they are offered. And she is also pretty frickin hot.
