Good professor that grades assignments regularly. Was flexible and changed due dates based on conflicts for students. Excellent feedback and fair grader.

Doesn't actually teach, has a habit of lecturing about material that has little to nothing to do with what you were supposed to learn in that lecture.

He is very smart & understanding. The class is fast paced, but he doesn't expect you to know EVERYTHING. We did 1 chapter a day. At the end of the semester we did portfolios, which is like a living document of what we learned. He can go on tangents, but if you show up to class, do the work, you will be just fine! It's not as bad as it may seem!

He tells a lot of stories about his past which can be funny or interesting, but expect a lot of random tangents. There are several quizzes and one large project. If you are an applied science major, this class should be a review. Bring other homework to class!

Literally doesnt teach at all. All he does is tell stories about his life. Expect to study everything outside of class or you will not pass.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a teacher. All he talks about is life stories nothing he taught in his lectures or power points was on the tests. He told me the topic I had for my final paper was awesome when I got it back he failed me because my topic was "awful" when he helped me pick it out.

I had Perception with him and loved it. I learned so much in his class and even though it was an 8am I liked going to class. There was a 200 point or so capstone project where you had to explain everything you learned but I didn't even mind doing it because the material was actually interesting (and I hate writing). Pay attention - you'll be fine!

I love Lawler! He really cares for his students. He may be a bit boring at times, but he has a wealth of knowledge. I ALWAYS learn something from one of his lectures. I've had him for multiple courses, and would take him again. He was a bit tougher in this course, but it was a tougher class than usual.

He tends to tell his life story a lot when teaching us something. He assigns a huge paper but keeps changing the deadline and doesn't explain it that well or how to do certain sections. The good thing is that he cancels class a lot and will give extra credit to those who arrive in class if half the class isn't there.

His lectures are very confusing. He rarely stays on task at all. The quizzes and the final exam are super easy and they're not taken in LockDown. The final project is super long and is not clear at all, but rumor is he doesn't even read them. He randomly assigns assignments but they're not bad, he just never grades them.

START RIGHT AWAY ON THE RESEARCH PROPOSAL. Biggest part of the class. Doesn't explain much on it, but is very important to your grade. He gets off topic sometimes, but has good intentions. Very nice guy, and is always willing to help out when needed.

He is a horrible Professor. His quizzes are very hard. He is NOT helpful at all. He does not care how his students do in his class. He really does not even teach. Do NOT take him. He is really boring as well and when in lecture very hard to listen to.

Michael has a lot of powerful insight in his lectures and experience, which he uses to explain psychology. The online quizzes do require reading at least some of the text. Get started on the research proposal right away!

His class was very easy. He rarely takes attendance. He's funny, but he lectures a lot. My class was me just surfing the internet the whole time. It gets boring, but his weekly quizzes were very easy. I aced the class, final and quizzes without studying. So, i recommend him, unless you don't want to be bored to death. He is a really nice guy though

Great teacher. The quizzes have nothing to do with the lectures though. He tends to ramble on, but gives great life lessons. Word of advice: start the research proposal right away! It's not hard, but is time consuming. Overall, great teacher and I would suggest him to anyone.

I liked the class, although I really didn't learn much. Sometimes he turned into a life coach instead of a teacher but he is a very intelligent man. Quizzes were simple, so was the exam. Didn't have much else to do besides the research paper. It's a big assignment but if you have the right format and length you'll be fine.
