Professor Khan was a great professor. He guided us through the law and I learned how to read statutes with confidence. He was a great mentor, and shaped the way that I think about the law through a step by step process that was very effective for me. Super nice guy and I highly recommend as a law professor.

If you can't learn from Prof. Khan, you have no hope. He drives a knife in your arguments and does it gently. I just love him. He is not luvy dovey. He is all business. You want to learn effective speaking skills, he is the man from Paksitan.

Words cannot describe how bad he is. Let students wander on tangents that were wrong never correcting. The only reason I learned the subject was because I learned to read the UCC in Contracts and didn't listen to the tangents during class.

I love this professor. He knows how to teach!!! I thought I knew how to read a statute until I attended his class. He is fair. A lot of in class dicussion. I do not care for being assigned to a group, because you can't alway depend on other people, so thankfully I had him in the summer so there were no goups!

This is the easiest class ever! The exam is take home and you have 7 days. The best way to ace your exam is to cite the UCC after each sentence. Don't think too hard. Just stick to the basics. I wish I learned contracts this way.

Prof Khan is a nice enough guy, but he's not a very good teacher. He spends a lot of time of what ifs. Like write your own version of an article 9 provision. What a waste of time! We need to learn the law to pass the bar; not pretend we're on the ALI committee.

What a piece of****? Need a say more? Your picture on the overhead is unnerving; his Mr. Catfish and Dimple Bank hypotheticals (that last the entire class everyday) are retarded and get no where. To say he teaches by the Socratic Method is an overstatement; he teaches by example. No theory or rationale for the law; rather, just the way the law operates. In secured trans, that is kind of a ****, because the ALI UCC Committee is always tinkering with the procedure. DO NOT TAKE FROM KAHN.

This professor treats the classroom like it's a stage. He talks with hissing s'. He doesn't like direct questions - more importantly won't answer them. His manner is abrasive. His teaching style is not very effective. He says he wants students to learn things on their own. That is a cop-out. It is pure laziness on his part.

prof khan is very vague. he calls on students and lets them go down the wrong road. worst of all, he doesn't even let you know you're on the wrong road until 45 minutes has passed. he's not very concise. his accent makes comprehending what he's saying difficult at times. the group work isn't as helpful as he thinks.

Had him for 2 classes. In some classes he will project your picture on the overhead, and that means you are on call for the day. It is a little unnerving to see your face magnified in front of the room. Best part is, he leaves it there for the entire p

Overuse of powerpoint. Likes to keep room completely dark, which leads to sleepiness. Crappy use of the Socratic method. Control of class discussion is weak; thus, time in class is spent not on material, but lame "what ifs" from students.

Never Again! I will not take another class from him. I understand the use of socratic method, and all, but this is ridiculous, we never knew what the best answer was because we had 50 student answers floating around...

Secured Trans: Socratic method to the max. Uses Powerpoint for class teaching. Style takes some getting used to, but content is good and end result is that you learn the material.
