I am not a math person at all - hence me having to take a prereq for a prereq. Professor Bergen was consistently there for me to provide help and support when I was lost or struggling. He cares about his students and wants them to succeed. He offers extensions on assignments when the class is struggling. Would definitely take him again!

You couldn't ask for an easier calc class. The grade is based off of quizzes and a final. The quizzes are 20 minutes long, and they're based off of the HW.

Bergen was great, he made corney jokes in class but I thought it was funny. The class I took was calculus so you have to do a bit of work. If you do the homework and the problems in class the quizzes are a breeze, tutoring is offered, I would take it again.

OMG I suck at math and got an A for the first time since 5th grade!!! He breaks things down to their simplest forms so that anyone can grasp the concepts. Doesn't give too much homework, prepares you well for the quizes and final exam. Favorite math teacher in life!

Sooooooooooo easy! On tuesday he gives you a "practice quiz" and gives all the answers then thursday the "real" quiz is the same thing. The final is the same way. It'd be hard not to get an A.
