Took Bruce's Class in person. Take home exams are hard but straight forward and similar to cases gone over in class. If you try hard and show up you will learn alot. She is a very nice woman. Sometimes hard to reach. Otherwise, class is straightforward

Bruce is a tough professor. I would not take her if your not ready to spend many hours studying. Her tests are extremely difficult but she does give extra credit. She tests from her power points but you need to be able to apply it not just know the vocab. I struggled through her class in the begging but ended up with a A at the end.

Good luck if you have her. She is very vague on what she says is on the test. Also had to scale every test. Does give extra credit on random days but make sure to read the book and not her notes since the book is more detailed.

enjoyed going to class but what i learned in lecture was hardly on test. Struggled on every test and usually am an a student. Needs to teach yourself the majority of material. offers extra credit. not end of world if you have her its manageable but difficult

A&P is not an easy class anyways but I do recommend this teacher. She is a very smart women and I wish I had her for my second semester of A&P.GO TO ALL CLASSES! She gives random extra credits. EVERY POINT COUNTS!

Human Anatomy & Physiology with Dr. Bruce was pretty fun and easy. She has put a lot of effort into preparing coherent and illustrative power point presentations for class, and her explanations of all the concepts are usually clear. I would recommend her since she seems to like teaching and to care about her students. Exams are multiple choice.

Goes through slides quickly, if you've never taken anatomy in high school you'll have trouble with things you've never heard of. She offers extra credit and practice exams except the practice ones are nothing like the actual exams. she puts her slides on blackboard but they offer no information whatsoever, mostly just pictures with titles.

She is a wonderful instructor. Make sure you do the online HW assignments and show up to class its not an easy class to pass if you just wing it. And yea STUDY STUDY STUDY.. I can't stress it enough I wish someone beat that into my brain before the semester started. Its not an easy class if you don't have any prior knowledge of A&P.

Dr.Bruce is a great professor. Very helpful, and always willing to help. Yes, she does give extra credit but in order to earn the points you MUST get the correct answer. She also puts up notes on blackboard and a lot of the exam comes from the notes. Dr.Bruce is very knowledgeable of the subject and truly wants students to succeed.

She scales every test because of her inability to teach what is actually on the exams. 1st Class Test average was 60, last class test average was 58. Be ready for questions on the tests that are literally not even touched during class or even hinted at. Do not take her. If you do, GOOD LUCK.

I had a great time in this class. Although it is not too interesting, and it requires a lot of studying, i feel i learned a lot. Her teaching style is very simple, easy to follow, and she gives extra credit. She also uses echo so you can watch her lectures over again. I took her for A&P 1 and will take her for A&P 2.

Her tests are really hard and require a lot of studying. No attendance policy but she gives EC on random days. Good notes, but she goes through slides so fast I always had to use the textbook to finish filling them out. Its a lot of work and shes not that interesting, she's obviously very smart but I hard a hard time learning anything from her

She's a nice professor. Her exams are alright, it requires a lot of studying. You have to go to class bc you'll never know when she'll give her activities (e.c). If you don't do well on her exams, the poster will bring your grade up. It was in RI and it was fun. Her final was 50% from her previous exams so check them out after and before exams!

I found her to be a pretty good teacher. she gives good notes and her tests are usually on material she covers in class. her study guides but i never used them. I only took notes in class, skimmed the book and heard her lectures over again (she posts her lectures online). she also gives extra credit, so don't be absent. I got an A in that class.

Go to class because she gives extra credits and write everything on the slides and everything she says in the lectures into your notes. If you just study those you will do fine on the tests. I got an 'A'. The class is not hard if you study a lot for the tests.
