Comment:
Parente's online class was ridiculously easy if you have any intelligence of the internet and how to use it. He explains things in the lecture at a very slow rate and I honestly didn't learn anything in his class that I didn't already know. But it was an easy A so I won't complain. Just do the little bit of work he asks for, it's simple.

Comment:
If you do the assignments and "show up" on the conference tool it is a very easy to pass. However, I didn't like that he would assign 10 page papers only worth 10 points. He insists on using a 3rd party website for class blocked by the school, so if you live on campus or want to do anything on campus with the class website, you are out of luck.

Pretty easy and interesting class. Started off the first 4 weeks in person but then after that the class was fully online which was more relaxed. If you have basic knowledge about digital media terms this class will be a breeze. I would recommend Parente to anyone.

This class was a walk in the park. Got an A on every project that was assigned. He doesn't necessarily lecture on content, yet he still gave an absolutely ridiculous 50 question final that we HAD to get 100% on for him to even give us credit. Other than my complaint about the final, I highly recommend this class.

This guy is hysterical. He makes every assignment easy to understand and makes sure to leave time for questions if you don't. I had no digital media experience, but still did great. There were 7 assignments, 2 exams and 1 final project. He made the class hybrid, but it still was easy to follow. I highly suggest taking him! No stress whatsoever.

Comment:
While this is probably the easiest professor that you could have at Sac State, his classes are an absolute joke. He doesn't have a clue what he's talking about and struggles to talk for 50 minutes (he also usually ends up changing normal classes to online classes after the first few weeks). He regularly cancels class/rambles without teaching.

this was my favorite class of the semester because of the type of environment he created. he's witty and humorous. he knows what he's talking about. responds promptly to emails and answers questions in class until everyone understands. all presentations were relevant and fun. there's no reason anyone would fail unless they weren't trying AT ALL.

This guy has some amazing job experience and a good sense of humor. He's flexible and its a very easy class. If you don't get an A, you were trying to fail.
