One of my favourite professors at Seneca college! His lectures are amazing, they're very hands on and he always demonstrates whatever he is teaching. He also gives back a lot of useful comments and feedback on assignments. He's also friendly and approachable, and always responds quickly if you have any questions.

This prof is a real gem! Best prof I've had in Seneca. His classes are well planned and very practical. Barely reads through slides and lots of hands-on experience. Tests can be tricky but not too difficult if you focus on the classes. Always ready to help, available for his students and gives valuable feedback! Definitely recommend

David is an excellent teacher, passionate about web programming, which makes his approach more efficient. It was fascinating how he developed a complete website from scratch, accurately detailing all the steps taken.

Extremely knowledgable + talented programmer who worked with Mozilla, keeps up with technology and is able to teach. Make sure to take his classes, his introductory open source class is tough at the beginning especially Hacktoberfest, but you get out of the class as much as you put in. Extremely accessible outside of class.

David is an amazing and passionate prof. He encouraged us to get outside of our comfort zone and introduced us how working on real life open source projects is really like. While it might be hard work he truly wants the class to succeed and get our code accepted by big projects like React

David's a great guy and is really passionate about open source development. He'll do his best to help along the way and make sure you succeed. Can be a bit of a frustrating course as his deadlines are a bit unforgiving but he teaches it well and, like i said, really does care.

He communicates clearly and comes off as a nice person overall but his assignments and expectations are unrealistically unclear and difficult. He often just assumes you know how to do certain things. Frustrating course overall, would not recommend.

Dave is one of the best teachers and definitely the best web teacher at Seneca! He's very approachable and knowledgeable. He appears to really care about the success of his students. I liked him so much I took Open Source Development the following semester. (If you find a good teacher at Seneca you take all of their classes!)

Had him for Web222, overall amazing professor. He really cares about his students and wants them to succeed. His classes are fun and engaging his not a typical prof. that just goes through the slides. Explains everything in detail and makes you understand why certain things are the way it is. Overall best prof I have had at Seneca.

Not very much teaching being done... students are pushed into the Open Source Community... the only people who did excellent in the course are those who were already interested/working on Open Source projects. Not ideal for an INTRODUCTION to open source course

David Humphrey is one of the best teachers in this college. It's a shame Audstin and Ward or nothing like him. All you have to do is listen to him. A++++++++++ teacher!
