He does not shut up! He talks, and talks, and talks about nothing. He LOVES that he has a Ph.D and loves the fact he has a class to talk to. He truly enjoys speaking about himself and what he wants, dude is freaking annoying, but if you can put up with it, he's somewhat decent with his grading but not really worth it due to the long lectures

This teacher was not very specific about any of the work he wanted completed. His lectures were very scattered and hard to understand. I would never take another of his classes.

Great class if you are a liberal, did not want to hear from conservatives in class. He doesn't understand the concept of extra credit, don't turn paper in early for e.c. will get knocked down for wrong formatting in body of text. He goes over formatting the day before paper is due.

The subject matter and interaction with other students was intersting and productive, but he tends to talk a LOT without saying much that's really significant. With no tests, and just 4 quizzes and 3 short papers, however, the class makes for an easy A... you just have to put up with long, (generally) boring lectures.

He had you do three papers and alot of useless homework , you end up bringing something in that he told you to do then he changes it and you lose points on it. He dosen't talk about the subject he talks about english. He is really hard . It is a waste of time.

The description of class got my interest. Great class if you like to know what other cultures are like. Quizzes are based on reading- he reviews just before the quize. helps if you miss a class. He knows his stuff. He starts ontime. Read assigned chapters. Great class
