I greatly enjoyed taking LA 300 online with this professor. She is friendly and knowledgeable. Her quizzes and assignments are designed to help you learn and they are straightforward. Each week is broken down into one chapter of reading, one assignment, one discussion board and one quiz. There is a final at the end of the class. Great professor.

I wish I had taken Prof. Pavlovich earlier! Summer session in Adv. Legal Research kicked my booty, but I survived. Great instructor, but you gotta work for it. Lots of reading and homework. We specifically talked about E-Discovery, which is great because you can't get around it in litigation. Take her.

You will use the textbook EVERY DAY. If you don't do the daily postings to the discussion board, you won't pass. There's lots of homework, but you learn a lot. She's very easily accessible for questions and clarification, and wants to see you succeed.

Do the work and you get an A, but there is a lot of work. Pavlovich was an awesome attorney for 25 years, and she does NOT mess around. She will make you work, so make sure you have enough time for LA 320 or 321 or 300. She is a nice teacher and cares about her students, and she prepares you well for the legal field. I would take her again!!

She is very hard, but you will learn a lot. Expect a lot of work, case briefs, discussions, quizzes. Many students get an A because they work for it (everyone knows she is hard, so "weak students" don't take her). She is sometimes a bit lenient if you show the effort. She is very hard for online or live classes. Try her if you dare.

She's awesome. If you need help, visit during her office hour or ask questions in class. What's most important is to read the cases for in the chapter you are discussing that week. She's a tough lady, but helpful. Her online classes take a lot more work. She's an interesting lecturer & has a lot of experience & knowledge to share.

I took Professor Pavlovich for LA 320 (online), 321 (online), and 314 (on campus). She gives just as much homework online as she does in class. All homework for all three classes was on D2L & there's a LOT of hw. Chapter tests, critical thinking exercises, online research exercises, etc. are the core of your grade! Do ALL your HW & you'll do well!

Pros: Easiest class I have ever taken. She gives a lot of homework and quizzes but each assignment will take you 10 minutes tops. Gives feedback on each assignment you turn in. Cons: Gets off topic easily. Doesn't know how to fully use D2L (or the internet) Don't expect to take notes off of the power points in class because she flies through them.

Great teacher. Very helpful and lets you know what you need to work on. Some people think she gives a lot of homework but it's pretty average... I wasn't complaining. The book is used every class. Always on time, doesn't keep you late, and she really enjoys her students.

Super Nice lady. Super easy class. Easy grader. As far as teaching the subject....? WORST "TEACHER" EVER. I learned nothing except I picked up a few terms...Very frustrating. I wish I would have taken Prof Abbott. He rocks!

Don't ever expect to get out even a minute early UNLESS prof has an appt. She is constantly answering her phone in middle of lecture EVEN IF WRONG #. Very unprofessional. Supposed to teach Legal Writing and yet EVERYTHING she types out has misspellings/grammar issues or typos. Talks very fast. Doesn't let students finish sentences. Nice lady but :/

This is supposed to be Contracts. All she is teaching is Research, Torts, and ethics. I have a 3.9 GPA and she confuses me constantly. She says to go to the discussion board for help but just tells you "we discussed that in class" when in reality it was barely mentioned. She is nice but has made MANY contradictory statements about assignments.EEEK!

Hands down my favorite Law professor. She is helpful, funny, smart, associates class lessons with daily life, and makes herself available to any student who needs extra help. I am also taking her online Legal Writing class. Tons of work, but she is awesome. She is an inspiration. One of the best law teachers!

She is a great lecturer. If you have issue and don't understand something she will gladly explain. She makes you want to suceed in the course. You will learn a lot. She witty, remarkable, but she does not tolerate texting, talking while lecturing,& she will point you out. She is best in the entire program. She is one tough cookie.

Prof. P. is the best. She is funny, witty and very caring about her students. Torts was an amazing class, but you will have to be thorough in your homework and not wait until the last minute to do the assignments. Contracts was a little lighter in the assignments. She will answer all your questions no matter what. She wants students to learn.

Prof. P is really cool but that does not mean she is not tough. If you are lazy theses classes are not for you. If you are willing to do the work you will be amazed by how much you learn. Yes, she tells stories but they help to ease boring topics and teach in more practical manner. I really enjoyed her in person and online.

Professor Pavlovich was awesome. Very helpful when answering questions. Really did a good job explaining why so many answers to legal questions are "what if" If you do the work, the class is easy. if yo don't and then expect to waltz in and do well you will fail. I will take all her classes!

May have been a good lawyer and many may love her but bottom line is she does not teach. Most everything you do is wrong yet she doesn't explain how to fix it. She just refers you back to the book or the style manual. Just writes long winded garble as an explanation. Definately has unrealistic demands. I would take another instructor.
