Dr. Nathaniel is one of my favorite professors at Queens. She is very helpful and understood that everyone had other things going on in their life. As long as you show up to class, pay attention and respect her, you will do great.

Comment:
The instructions for assignments were a little vague or seemed unrelated to the materials. But, if you just reach out to Dr. Nathaniel, she is great to give you insight as to what you should focus on. If you are just taking the class for credit, you probably won't get as much out of it as you would if you wanted to learn!

Dr. Nathaniel is one of the best professors I've ever had. I had her for Intercultural Communications and she was so engaging, so funny, and such a good professor. I actually wished she kept us in class until it technically ended (9:30 instead of 8ish). She genuinely cared about her students and encouraged us to experience different cultures.

She quickly became one of my favorite professors. She doesn't take any BS and practically forces you to learn. Yeah, she's a tough grader but she tells it like it is and actually makes sure that you LEARN... not just the curriculum, but the true meanings behind it and WHY it's even important in the first place. Loved her and taking her again

Classes consists of her talking about her personal life and you may find her shedding a few tears unprofessionally. You will watch documentaries in an overpriced class as lecture time. Papers are impossible to make higher than a 90 in, judging from others I have spoken to in class. Instructions are not clear and she has teases certain people.

She comes across disrespectful and pretentious. She is not clear on assignments. She has a very strict and confusing attendence policy. My suggestion is to avoid her at all costs if possible.
