Daivati is easily the best instructor I have had and many of my classmates felt the same way. Her teaching syle made the classes very interesting, fun and interactive. She is always willing to go out of her way to make sure everyone understands the material. Very challenging courses but Daivati will by far be your best bet for the ANP series.

Dr. D is a great professor. You get out of this class what you put into it, and she is always willing and able to help out. That said, this is not an easy class, and if you think it will be, you are not going to do well. A number of us in my in the class received A's, you just need to study and think critically.

Nice lady; but horrible professor. She asks clinical questions that are ridiculously hard and most are unfair. She made many mistakes during lecture and in her notes; both said something completely different from the text book! She is always willing to help, and she does gives you lecture outlines and lab objectives to help you.

Her tests are ridiculous. She asks clinical questions that we shouldn't even be tested on at this point in our schooling. And a few of them don't even make sense. She's constantly messing up during notes and contradicting the textbook. her 200 pt final is only 60questions long so don't even miss one or you are screwed. Nice lady, horrible professor

Dr. D is the best ever. She demands quality work and you will not get an "easy" A, you will have to work hard for it. I think that she is the best A&P instructor at PCC by far. I would never take someone else, anyone who is looking for the nest instructor should take her!!!!!!

She is a fabulous teacher, however she is very demanding. You won't get easy grades, however it is possible to get A's with lots of studying. With many of the students going to health fields, she really tries to prepare us for that coursework and career. Prepare to study hard and really learn the material. I won't take anyone else for A & P.

Tips to get As:Read the book very thoroughly & base your reading from her lecture handouts. Put in a lot of hours for studying everyday. Voice recorder is very helpful. Take pics of lab slides&models. 231 quizzes-easy/subjective 232-more of concepts 233-harder&thought-provoking but helpful clinical ?s. Dr.D makes it easier in any way she can:)

I had her for 2 classes. She was fun, knowledgeable and she wants her students to do well. It is a tough subject but she teaches it well. Study the book and go over your notes. She quizzes directly from her notes. You have to put in a lot of hours to do well in A&P.

I honestly do not understand how she rates as well as she does here. She is disorganized and skips over much of the material. Her exams are very tricky and take a high level of language skills to interpret. Students are frequently correcting her during lecture because she is wrong much of the time. Her exams are on material never covered Don't take

I took Dr. B for 232, and 233. All I can say is that she's the only professor that I would take Anatomy from. She's organized and provides students the best typed up notes which is helpful since u can follow along. However her exams aren't easy, level 3 questions so theres no way around it, u need to read and study.

Daivati is one of my favorite professors. She knows her stuff and presents the material in an easy to understand way. It is clear what she wants you to know for the exams (her notes are what you study off of so class attendance is necessary) and she is very fair. Wants to see you apply concepts to clinical examples. I highly recommend her for A&P.

Instructor has horrible teaching methods, she rights notes as you try to keep up and read her poor hand writing. She talks to you as if you should already know what she is talking about. Her tests are horrible and too detailed with questions that are extremely hard to study for and not relative to her study guides. She uses very few visual aids.

Dr. D is tough. She writes out all of the material under a projector which I think is absolutely boring. I would rather look at a colorful powerpoint. I think she is a good teacher, and really cares for her students, but her style is definitely not for everyone. A&P IS difficult no matter what, but 231 was much easier for me and I feel that teacher

How on earth does one give lecture on final exam day? and most of the questions are from the final exam day lecture. She is extremely unorganized. Being clear to students in class is okay, after all exams are meant to assess how students are doing? not to trick students. If one needs a good grade for transfer don't take her class.

I have had many A&P inst. She is fun and generous on points somewhat, however I felt she tried to cram way too much in for the final when we hadnt even cover the material yet. Lecturing is supposed to be done prior to finals week. And she never seemed to have time to answer questions students had in class, always had to MOVE ON. Not good.

I've had Dr. B for 231 & 232. She is very unorganized and bad at time management. She will cram in a lot of hard material at the very end. She is not consistent on her grading, but she will give you points back on missed questions. She's easy going and funny.

Daivati Bharadvaj is a wonderful teacher, I've had her for 2 out of 3 A&P classes. She has a great sense of humor and is always very helpful! The subject is difficult at best but Dr. Bharadvej is great at simplifying it! My recommendation is to go to an open lab every week, study every day and you'll do great!
