Personally, I thought he was a great professor. I am not the best reader so being able to go to lectures and listen to him was better for me than reading out of the textbook. However, if you know reading is your preferred way to learn, you didn't have to go to lectures and you would be fine going to the TA classes with that material too.

Did not know what this course was about. He teaches too fast and crams a lot into one day. He doesnt stay on one subject too long, which is why I struggled. I would not take a course like this again:

Hes very punctual with class start and end time. No sitting on the back row. Will stop lecture to make students put away cell phones. Meeting for group is mandatory, lecture isnt but he wont give you the notes if you miss even with a doctors note. You must buy the book (he wrote it)

Have to buy book written by the professor, must be new, about $150. The book is poorly written, and the chapter on rape is triggering without warning. Do not expect him to listen to your opinions or show much respect. I would recommend avoiding if possible.

Had the great Idea to change logic into memorization. If you actually wanted to learn Aristotle's logic, you got the wrong professor, this is just a cheap chemistry class. Further he wastes most of the test time complaining about where you sit. Really wouldn't recommend this class, would have switched if it hadn't fit my schedule well.

He is a funny guy. He tries kinda too hard. He will kick you out for being on your phone. This man is a savage he does not care. He doesn't like to be disrespected. He goes in depth and uses solid examples. He gives you all the questions before the exam. Failing is pretty hard, just hope you have a good TA.

The lectures are actually very interesting and really make you open your mind to other points of view. I wasnt a fan of how the book was identical to his lectures, but you still needed to spend $150 on it for the worksheets in it. But the tests are essays that he gives you the prompts to the class before and then picks a random one for the test.

Professor Hahn teaches way different than any other college professor I've ever had. He repeats things many times in his class to make sure you know it! I honestly believe he wants every student to get A's and tries his hardest for you to. Attendance is not for points but to learn the material it is mandatory. The book alone does not teach you.

Robert Hahn scams you by writing his own books, making them mandatory for class, and charging $150 for them. He then continues to make it worse by making the books have rip out pages that your homework is done on. I always had enjoyed philosophy classes until I took his. His lectures are boring and all over the place and his tone is condescending.

Dr. Hahn is VERY dedicated and compassionate about philosophy. I was not super interested in the topics, but he definitely made my brain work and consider a lot of situations that I would have never thought about. He is an awesome teacher, but the tests can be difficult. Overall, he knows his stuff, and he adds humor to the class so that helps. :)

His class was one of the few classes that I felt confident in. The only thing I didn't like was spending $120 on a work book that he wrote. You need the work book in order to pass. Don't skip this class, trust me, you actually want to show up, he makes it interesting.

Dr. Hahn is difficult, and very much an acquired taste. That being said, once you know him and understand his teaching methodologies, he is by far one of the best and most intellectually expanding professors I have ever personally taken. He is more than willing to work with students, and puts forth a 110% effort in expanding his students' knowledge

For those who enjoy learning, he has a lot to offer. If you don't like to think and question yourself you will not appreciate him or his lectures. He has much insight and it has made me grow as a person. A+

This is one of the hardest classes I have ever taken but I still found it sort of interesting. Dr. Hahn sounds like a used car salesman during his lectures and always wears over the top suits. He begins every class with "I would like to begin straight away." He writes his own book and its very expensive. You won't be able to find it on Amazon.

Funny guy, very helpful, makes it easy to learn, DO NOT BE ON YOUR PHONE and be wary about taking notes on your computer. this man calls for your utmost attention and respect. he is a fantastic instructor so I dont even bother with my phone. If you take notes on your laptop he makes you sit up front to be monitored that your not tweeting or stuff
