I would definitely recommend going to class to get all the information as she gets more specific when lecturing. I would study for this class as there is a lot to memorize for exams.

Go to lectures and get extra points from in-class assignments. Pay attention and take notes, do the study guide, and you should get A's on the tests. 3 Observation assignments are easy and boost your grade. Honestly not a hard class, you just have to do the work and attend.

Lectures are super boring its hard to pay attention in this class. Observation assignments give you those extra points you need and are super easy. Attendance is not mandatory but she has pop quizzes so youre better off going. Tests were hard and reviews didnt help much, there was so much info on them. Shes a sweet lady but wouldnt take again

Her observation assignments are pretty easy. She drops the lowest two pop quiz grades and the final is optional. Her lectures can be dry and she will test on things in the book she didn't cover in class. Also her test reviews are just lecture/textbook outlines so you don't know what to specifically study for. But she knows her stuff!

Dr Blunk was one of my favorite professors. Tests are somewhat difficult, but if you study hard you will do well. She is also a very caring and understanding person.

I enjoyed her class this semester! We had 3 exams, 1 project, 1 group project and a few in-class assignments. The projects were easy. Make sure to take notes during class because she does not post her lectures on TRACS. If you study the lectures and read the textbook you will pass the exams. Lastly, she is very sweet and care about her students!

I LOVE Blunk! I have had her for 2 different classes. You HAVE to study to do well on her exams; but, if you take the time to study you should make an A on every exam. There are 3 observations that are easy 100's if you follow the rubric! She lectures until the last minute of class, but I still love her!!

Professor Blunk is just meh. Shes pretty boring, and she does a few in class activities. You have to take notes because she does not post them online. There are only 3 exams, and her reviews are terrible. It took me 8 hours to do half of the textbook review because its basically just an outline. It isnt a fun class, but its manageable.

She makes this course more difficult than it needs to be. She doesn't give us a review for the exam, instead a textbook outline, so you have no idea what to focus on for the test. She does not put lecture slides up and you are not allowed to take pictures, her lectures are very dry. Her course is on a 350point scale, miss 1 thing and you have a B.

After reading previous posts, I came into this class nervous but it wasn't all that hard! Her lectures are dry, but she is very nice&approachable. Tests are literally based on the PowerPoints so study them, I read some of the textbook but no more than 5 chapters. I believe she had the book on reserve this semester but I had already got mine.

I had Blunk for Lifespan Development and it was PHENOMENAL. The lectures are interesting and she really tries to laugh and joke. She likes hearing feedback in class and hearing our own opinions about the subject matter. You have to read the textbook on your own because It will be on the tests, but theyre multiple choice and easy. Would take again.

Well she encourages participation but it was always awkward when no one wanted to share. Only 2 exams and a comprehensive final as well as 3 out of class assignments. Reviews don't help. They basically list every little detail and only half would be on the test. Studying the slides isn't enough, you gotta read the whole book pretty much.

Lectures are pointless and boring. She just likes to share personal stories nothing is said in depth about any of the topics. The study guides are the outline of the book. It is very vague, and you have to know everything in deep detail. Avoid taking any of her classes if you are able to! If you have to take her get the textbook!

She reads the power points and then the class gets to talk and share stories and experiences related to what is being lectured, so yes a lot of time is spent talking but its a very fun class, Mrs. Blunk is not boring at all and there is 5 points extra credit for missing only 2 classes. she worked with me for my final grade too. 2 tests and a final

She's extremely knowledgeable but she expects her students to come out of the class knowing as much about the subject as she does. Expect to have to memorize 700+ pieces of information that are so similar to each other for the final exam and then only seeing less than half of it on the exam. I would not take her again but unfortunately, I have to.

Super sweet lady! Her lectures, however, are completely pointless. Most of the class is spent going around the room talking about personal experiences. In the end, you're going to have to read if you want to pass the tests. The reviews are so incredibly vague. They basically say to study every detail of every chapter. Wouldn't recommend taking her.

Hard. Fast. She talks a lot. Test are a little confusing don't memorize the definition, know examples. 3 pop quizzes, 2 online chat room responses. She drops your lowest test grade: she takes 3 out of 4. The book is useful!

Comment:
This teacher is horible. She tests over information that isn't in the required text book and not in her lectures. The class spent more time talking about personal life stories than actually focusing on the material. She gave us a exam that included two chapters we never lectured about.
