Comment:
Professor Smith is such a fun, lively person and really wants her students to succeed. Grading is very lenient, and she goes out of her way to give extra credit opportunities. There are 4 speeches and no final exam, so as long as you complete all assignments, an A is guaranteed.

Get on her bad side its over for you. Extremely opinionated and honestly unprofessional. Show up, sit quietly in her class, do your speeches, and leave.

Professor Smith is very quick to judge. If you have some sort of opinion that doesnt go with what she thinks, she kinda tries to come back at you. If you dont agree with what she says or you are asking questions she doesnt like, she threatens to change your grade. And she has done that.

This teacher is very opinionated and if you are not on her good side then watch out. She can hurt your grade and your reputation within the university. Do not recommend. (Unless you dont talk in the class)

Easy A but she has very interesting tendencies... She seems open minded and fun at first but you'll soon see that she's a little wonky. Grading wise though she's an easy A

While this was a speech class, Professor Smith primarily focused conversations on current events that genuinely had no correlation with improving public speaking. She often goes on random tangents and gets distracted easily. This was an easy A but some classes were tough to sit through.

Four speeches, no final. She literally tells you what she wants and if you follow it, free A. There are some online quizzes but they aren't too difficult and allow multiple attempts at questions (I think?). In class, she'll talk a lot about current events and will get off track very easily. Overall, very easy teacher and easy A.

Easy A as long as you follow the rubric for the speeches. Most of class is talking about current events. You don't learn much but its really a blow of class to be honest.

I can't even explain how much I love Professor Hernice. She is hands down the BEST professor I've ever had. She is so caring and treated all of us like friends. She never talked down to any of her students, and went out of her way to help us. She really made me feel secure about my schooling and degree. I don't know why she has hateful comments!

Hernice was a very sweet and interesting lady! She is someone who you would be happy taking an 8am class with! She does give online quizzes and online assignments so make sure you keep up on those. She is an easy grader on speeches as well but you must show up to class especially on speech days. She also loves current events. Take her class!

Very unorganized and never really clearly states what she wants. Tough grader and its her way or no way. Had to drop because she was not clear and I failed some assignments. She makes you take online quizzes. Very boring also. Do not take her.

At 8am you are not in the mood for class. Some classes are entertaining others are just boring. Do not miss class because she is strict on attendance. Sometimes very confusing, and rarely reminds you of hw assignments on D2L. Do the hw because that messed me up! You have 4 speeches and get ready to have articles for class. She gets harder later!

This is the easiest class I've taken in my life. Four speeches, no final. Her grading is inconsistent, but you almost automatically get an A. She offers extra credit just in case you don't get an A at first. Hernice is nice but always goes off topic. We never talk about public speaking, just current events.

Hernice was a fantastic educator. She gives you a paper on the first class "how do I keep my A." You have try not to get an A. You have 4 easy speeches and a few online quizes (you can use the book). Her lectures have nothing to do with speech. She LOVED to talk about current events. Our lectures were about whats going on in the news not speech

At the beginning of the semester I was pleased to find out her class would be pretty simple. She made it sound easy when explaining speech assignments. She gave us ample time to finish however did little to explain from the textbook. Be careful, I completed each assignment only to be criticized about my work. I do not recommend her class.

she is the sweetest person you can ever meet. She is easy, helpful, and very nice. There are only 4 projects and she gives you a week for each one to work on in class. Even if you are the worst public speaker or writer and you will get an a no matter what.

EASYY. No quizzes or tests, just 3-4 speeches and a very easy grader. You would have to be an idiot to not take her and to not get an A. Trust me...EASY AND FUN!

She is sooo easy and grades even easier. You have to try hard to not get an A. Goes off subject sometimes but her class is an easy A and she is the best speech teacher someone can ask for.
