Doesn't want to teach, at all! Would rather focus on his research! Sometimes is months behind on grades, and good luck talking to him if u want to drop his class. There were 2 TAs and they taught class sometimes, which is the only reason I passed the class. Even with lock down 1 of the TAs would spend time (without paid) helping a group of us TY TA

He has a thick accent that makes him very difficult to understand. On top of this he has no idea how to run a classroom or encourage student participation. By the halfway point in the semester no one volunteers information or asks questions because he will make you feel stupid for asking, all the while he struggles to type without constant errors.

If you show up and try, you will do fine. Pretty honest and nice guy once you get to know him. Don't waste your money on the textbook though, we never had to use it.

Out of a 4 class summer course, he skipped a day because he had to be in another city, didn't make it up either. Lectures were poorly explained. Also had the audacity to make us write MASM code for the final, even though we didn't practice doing that once in the class.

Did not understand some of the topics he was covering and occasionally blamed students for not knowing the material as well. Hard to sit through his lectures. Doesn't even use the textbook for his class.

He is a good teacher but sometimes expects too much from his students and gives work that has not been taught. His classes may be a little dry but his notes are awesome. After a lesson if its programming go back and try it on your own to get it to work since he does not do coding in class but more or less copy's and pastes it into the compiler

Difficult class, but he is always willing to help students outside of class. Do not skip assignments, or you will do poorly! His notes are very helpful and if you understand the assignments, you should do well on the tests.

Isn't easy. Teaching style isn't the best - when I had courses with him it was usually going through notes on a word document. He is a very friendly professor though and I never minded taking his classes.

His accent makes him hard to understand but i am realizing that this class is designed to weed out those who should not be in a CS major. he does not always state things clearly in class but he is more than willing to help or just talk to you outside of class at his office hours. Overall somewhat difficult but a knowledgeable and caring Professor.

You wouldn't be able to follow a thing, and forget all the other stuff you had in mind, I hope I don't take a class from him ever again. I guess i would succeed in that if I am lucky enough next time. I wish someone already had accurate reviews about him. He just messes up with the subject. Maybe knows how to code, but not teach.

Professor is completely incompetent. He repeatedly demonstrates that he does not understand the difference between an IDE and a compiler nor the difference between the Standard Library and C/C++. Beyond that his example code NEVER works (even for him when hes demonstrating) and he has a horrible accent. Lastly he never tests us on anything relevant

If I could sum this guy up in one way, it would be this: He doesn't know how to type. That says a lot about someone in this field. He never takes his eyes off the keyboard, and hunts and pecks every key yet he still always messes up. Instead of trying to learn how to type he just hits the keys harder and harder.
