If you guys are expecting a class that sounds easy, take another class. This is my only C in my entire college career. She is not helpful, her lectures are useless, and her tests are difficult. 50% of the grade is made up of one project which is very time consuming. Avoid at all costs.

what could have been a really cool class was turned into one of the hardest classes of this semester for me. she is so unbelievably vague with her guidelines, you basically do every assignment with your fingers crossed. Do the portfolio early, its hard. study, even tho the tests are open book.

Dr. Miller is amazing! If you pay attention, show interest, and do your work, she will reward. The class is challenging but she is *VERY* helpful if you take the time to ask her. She is knowledgeable and passionate about her field. She has a very cute daughter that comes to class sometimes and sits in the back. :)

Professor has so many descriptions for her course that understanding what she actually wants is nearly impossible. Her portfolio assignment thats due at the end of the semester is a lot of work, so don't procrastinate like I did. She also has something due everyday. Professor is unclear, broad and uneducated on subject.

Professor provides no clear guidelines on her portfolio assignment or the associated oral presentation. Provides no study material for exams. Exams are open book, and the difficulty reflects this. All graded work is crammed into the last two weeks of class. Be ready to cram it in among your other exams and projects.

She takes attendence, first off. Kind of boring. The class itself is not insanely difficult but she takes it seriously enough. I hate the fact that the speeches are ONLY 3-4 minutes long because you really can't say much in that time period. A few quizzes. I wouldn't recommend her, but if her section is the only open section, I GUESS it's bearable.

Unreasonable. She is very rude and opinionated. Required WAY to much work for a lower division GE class. Worked my butt off and only got a B.

The class was not too difficult. The one test was ridiculously difficult, but she made up for everyine failing. She has no personality at all, never took the time to greet the class.

A well spoken and well organized person. She has a good sense of humor, but you can't help but take her seriously. Grades your papers on audiotape.
