Great guy and class isn't very hard either. It's mostly a rehash of AP Psych but it never gets boring. Exams and homework's are straightforward and easy. Take him if you can.

Great guy, flexible deadlines, lots of XC. Youll have fun participating in research and lectures are interesting. Doesnt believe in stressing students out and will do whatever he can to accommodate your life, seriously. Test studying not bad - pay attention in class and skim the text and youre solid. Papers were annoying but fine. Would rec.

Dr. Peck's class was easily my favorite this semester. He's direct with what he expects and offers a large amount of extra credit; his exams are straight-forward and if you show up to class, you'll do well. He makes his lectures engaging and treats his students like well-rounded people. He makes sure his students learn.

Dr. Peck is a genuinely great guy. I personally didn't find the class interesting, but his lectures still managed to engage me from time to time. He is an entertaining professor who is very understanding of other commitments, and he offers an insane amount of extra credit. If you are going to take a psych course, take him!!!

Dr. Peck is amazing. He truly cares for students LEARNING and is willing to slow down and alter how he is teaching to accommodate that. If you have the chance to take a class with him TAKE IT you definitely won't regret it. He makes class enjoyable and interactive. I loved this class!!

He is the best professor you could ever find. He is super clear about his expectations, open to suggestions and questions, and he has the best lectures. He bought my class donuts every time we had an exam. Super caring and lenient, he obviously cares about his students and wants them to pass. Allows turning papers in late if there's emergency!

Dr. Peck is the best professor I've had at Penn State so far. He cares a lot about his students and makes sure that everyone is able to succeed, not only the class, but also in their majors and future careers. His lectures are engaging. This class is a bit of work, but put in the effort and you'll do fine.

Dr. Peck is so genuine. He truly cares about each and every one of his students success and well-being. Hes a geeky sort of funny and he keeps lectures interesting. The tests arent too difficult as long as you study, and the study guides are really helpful. He provides a lot of extra credit opportunities too. Love this guy.

He's awesome! He is extremely nice and will answer any questions you have and makes sure you really understand. He loves to help out when needed. His lectures are actually fun but you need to study fairly hard for his exams, they're tough. Weekly quizzes that are pretty easy. Overall a great prof and would recommend!

Peck is awesome. It really sucked taking the class at 8 am, but he honestly made it super bearable. He is always cracking jokes, he offers plenty of examples in class, and is so open to questions. Gives extra credit opportunities, and genuinely cares about his students and helping them succeed. Would take him again in a heartbeat.

Dr. Peck is one of my favorite professors at Penn State. He respects the students, is funny, and is insanely understanding. If you're having difficult in class, just talk to him and he will help. No pop quizzes, 12 points of extra credit, you have to participate in the subject pool, 4 exams (semi-cumulative), 3 essays, awesome professor.

I have taken 2 classes with Andrew Peck and I have nothing but good things to say about him! You can tell he tries to make the lectures enjoyable, and he really cares about the students. If you study for the exams, you will get a good grade.

Very pleasant guy. Very familiar with some popular media as well! You will need to show up to class every day though. I missed a lot of class and as a result my grades suffered. There are a number of little papers to do as well, as well as quizzes you have to do every week. Very work-heavy, but the work isn't particularly hard. No textbook needed!

LOVED Peck. He was a great professor. You have to go to class to get the notes (which is very important because there is no textbook--just class notes). Exams weren't too bad. I made up for where I fell short in exams on the papers. It was a really enjoyable class and he made it fun. His lectures were not boring at all.
