Such an awesome professor. Always let us out early on Fridays, tests were online, lots of group work, no final, and we were done with class a week before Thanksgiving Break. Hes always so willing to help and will answer any questions you need him to. 5/5

Such a nice guy. First time he taught this course and was pretty unorganized. Easy A for sure. There were some days we literally just sat there.

Dr. Kent is a very nice individual. Material is not hard. Gives quite a few quizzes; so, even though attendance is not mandatory, I would definitely go. Tests are on-line. There is a group project that counts for half your grade. Luckily, I worked with a really good group of people.

Enjoyed the class and the professor. The bulk of your grade comes from a group project. The power quiz's are extremely hard and there are several pop quiz's about lectures.

HR is no joke. Your group memebers are key, and they also can make or break your grade. There are a few quizes that come straight from the book, and 2 tests, no final. Group projects are the bulk of your grade, and are graded by REAL HR Professionals! Wear your power suit and name tags, and be ready to answer tough questions.

The worst experience of my college years. Extremely unfair. Work your butt off on a group project, but if they don't like you your grade can be dropped from a B to a D. It is all about what your group members say about you. Prof refuses to be objective to the peer evaluations.

As said before, group presentations that are critiqued by REAL HR professionals. I thought this was an easy A, its not. I felt the powerquizzes were EXTREMELY difficult even with the book. They caused me to get a C in the class. He's a great prof and a great person but think about this class before taking it.

Dr. Kent is great. Lectures are all on printable slides. Two power test which are very hard but come from the book. Random quiz. No attendance policy. Group progect is good as long as you have a good group. You must go in a suit for presentation and pracrice presentation before giving them. Board members ask hard ? so make sure u know info.

Very beneficial class if you're a business major. He's a great teacher and very helpful. There are 2 group presentations which isn't great but overall this class is not difficult and very interesting.

The group project requires a hell of alot of work and impossible, I repeat impossible to get a 100 meaning a B is pretty far reaching also. Go to class eventhough he does not require it. Take Power Quizes with a group so you can all pass them, I did not, and almost failed b/c of it.

Not an easy class... you will, however learn A LOT! I was blessed with a strong team to work with. The board presentations are intimidating as hell. Kent's a great guy but be wary because he'll give pop-quizes on unsuspecting days (read: day after Superbowl Sunday and the day after Easter).

The class was interesting. There is much group work with "board" presentations. A lot of hard work goes into the classes, but you get so much out of it. It teaches you a lot about teamwork, and of course, human relations.

Not bad class, actually very interesting, but professor is very un-understanding. Basically, your whole grade depends on the group project. Project is fun, but if your group members don't like you, no matter how hard you work, you will not do well.
