Cheryl was an okay professor overall. All she gave us was busy work for HDF 200. While I did not feel like I learned a whole lot from her, she did give feedback on everything as overall was very kind.

HDF200 is a hybrid class so its half online half face to face. The online homework is very simple but can be time consuming. Make sure you take notes in face to face lecture if needed and on the videos she will give you. Her exams are also open note which is extremely helpful if you take notes. She also curves the tests grades

Cheryl is an amazing person and professor. She clearly cares about her students and is passionate about her content. Do your work and follow the rubrics and you will without a doubt get an A .

She is nice and funny but it is impossible to get a 100% on any of her homework assignments even if you do what the rubrics say.

Okay so I had it where it was online one day and the other one is in class. You will absolutely fail if you do not do any of the work. All assignments are online and tests are based on readings and lectures IN CLASS. Make sure you study for the tests... there are only two and they are very hard.

I never went to class. Her class is 'Blended' so you do most of the work online. As long as you do the work, and put the effort into the 2 projects you'll have, it's an easy A. You'll need the purple book for exams (which are online- there are only two of them).

I have her for HDF 200 as well and she is literally the most disorganized person ever. The class isn't that hard just time consuming and the exams are really hard.

She has a mentor that teaches half the content, and is very vague on assignment rubrics so it makes them difficult.( there is a purpose to this though, it just sucks). she made us purchase Top Hat and we never used it, she tried to explain how to get a refund, but it only works 2 weeks after purchase. She is very un organized but is a nice lady.

I would so take this class for an easy A. You barely do anything, she doesn't really teach but if you need to take this, I would. She has a very fun personality!

Dr. Priest is a really nice person and very friendly. This is a super easy class, the midterm is just an essay and then you take a final. You meet for lecture one day of the week and then meet with your small mentor group the other day. There are small homework assignments each week. Overall, easy class!

She is hands down the worst professor I have ever had! She has absolutely know idea what is going on have of the time. She would constantly change her mind about projects and homework. She is the most scatterbrained professor. She doesn't show up for class half of the time, but instead has previous students do the work for her including any grading

Cheryl is amazing. She understands that no one wants to listen to lectures, and really makes the projects fun. There is homework once a week, but it only takes 5 minutes to do, so as long as you don't forget, you get 100%. She takes awhile to grade things, and the only way to contact her is through text, but she always gets back to you quickly.

Cheryl is an amazing woman, but not the best professor. She does half in class, half online. She doesn't grade anything until the very end of the semester. The best way to get in contact with her is texting her. She brings in child care professionals to speak and they are really interesting. She's very laid back at least

Cheryl seems like a nice person. However she is the most scatter-brained professor i have ever had. She hardly ever showed up to class and instead had previous students lecture for her. Which is very upsetting when you are paying for the class to learn. I learned absolutely nothing in this class. And found her to be very unhelpful.

Cheryl is a great person, but not the best professor. Exams and quizzes are online. She is very scatter brained, but always willing to help if you need it. Assignments are easy. She turned the class into a hybrid (half in classhalf online). She knows so much about early childhood, but seems like she gets stuck teaching lame classes.

Exams are online. You need the book! Work on the folder early and just get it done. You don't need to go to lectures, but there are a lot of little activities that add up for points. Use your mentor to help you! The exams are straight from the book.
