Easy class as long as you do the homework, but her lectures are long, dry, and I sometimes had no clue what shes was talking about. She seems to relate a lot of things back to her belief that aliens have visited us. (which can be pretty entertaining sometimes)

Also had her for 112. She is insane, and not in a good way. If you want an easy A and don't mind being bored to tears, go ahead and take her; if you want to actually learn anything besides facts from her personal life, avoid her at all costs. Terrible with technology, easily distracted, doesn't follow syllabus. Not a good teacher.

I've also had her for 112 and 211B. She is clearly crazy, doesn't keep up with the syllabus, and changes things around. She assigns a lot of reading, especially in 112 (We had 6 or 7 books). She is not a tough grader, if you try a little you will do well. Always late, never absent, horrible with technology.

Watching her try to use the computer is painful. She almost always shows up late. She's a nice person, but not the best professor. She grades easy on papers, but she assigns projects that make absolutely no sense. Our final project was to draw all the greek mythological characters at a party. This is a mythology course, not an art class.

I don't want to be too mean, but this lady has absolutely no clue of what is going on. Class isn't terribly hard, but she is just so flaky and loses her train of thought constantly. she pretty much has completely lost her mind. Her laugh is crazy and quite frankly creepy. Changes the syllabus every other week. complete idiot with computers!

I thought she was actually an awesome prof. She had an funny sense of humor, was very knowledgeable about the material, and enjoyable to listen to. If you don't like to write then don't take her, but if you don't mind writing then I would recommend.

this teacher needs to learn to use a computer better and needs to punctuate her words. watching her use the computer is painful and a waste of class time. She mumbles making it hard to listen to and comprehend what she is saying.

She's a decent teacher and is obviously interested in the material. She doesn't appear to have much of an idea how to use computers, which wastes class time. Sometimes she reminds me of Sybil Trelawny from the Harry Potter books. And if she says "pooberty" instead of puberty for the 400th time, I swear I'm going to laugh right in class.

She's a good teacher, very interested in the subject material, but she has a temper that gets in the way sometimes, which is quite scary when that happens. Other than that, show up, do the readings, pay attention, and you should not have a problem.

I did not like her very much. She ties a lot of her feminist views into stories where they have no place. She does not explain very well what it is she wants from you; however, she grades fairly easily, and passing should not be much of a problem. She gets very peeved when few people come to class.

Has a passion for mythology, she is sometimes hard to follow but tries to keep attention. project are just for fun, essays and tests determine grade. I enjoyed this class. Relatively easy class, but don't take it unless you have an interest in mythology

She can be mean a lot of the time, but she is fairly easy. The assignements are boring but if you get them done on time she will like you. If you have an early class she is usually always late, but did bring the class bagels once.

Nicest and most interesting prof I ever had. I can't even imagine what people are talking about who say she's hard-if you're willing to think a little and actually do the reading (most people in my class didn't)it was super easy. She takes her field seriously, even to a spiritual level. She really helped me appreciate literature I never would have.

I ABSOLUTELY HATED HER. Not hated her as a human being, but I found her to be the most disorganized teacher I have ever had, which is very frustrating and not condusive to a strong learning environment. I did, however, appreciate that we covered all forms of myth, as opposed to just the Greek and Roman sections everyone else always covers. Fin..
