Professor Campbell is THE BEST. She is a fantastic woman and a fantastic teacher. She does grading sessions with her students. Pay attention in these because the feedback she gives not only helps you in your revision, but therefore helps you become a better writer. She makes King Arthur come alive. Truly passionate. I want to be her when I grow up.

I loved her class. She one of those professors who loves to teach and wants to make sure that every student gets something out of her class. She does not assign too much work, but instead helps you write and rewrite. Take her class if you want low workload while still learning a lot.

Her class is a joke. Take this only if you're already a good writer or just want fill the requirement. The students disrespect her and she will lash out after a while. You can debate your arguments on your papers with her and she will concede when convinced. Again, don't take this class if you need actual help writing papers. You won't improve.

Campbell is a fun professor. She is quirky and doesn't know how to use a computer well. If you allow yourself to get in to the material, this will be a fun class for you!

Campbell is a very very nice lady as she is always lively and fun during writing seminar however, she gets off topic very easily. Most of the time going to class is quite useless. She cannot hold onto deadlines, pushing assignments back very far. Other than that during office hours she is very helpful in improving your work.

Professor Campbell is very nice and funny, but VERY disorganized. She was late to almost every meeting I made with her. And a meeting was mandatory for every paper. Also there was little to no structure in class

I loved this class. Professor Campbell never gives any homework apart from the 3 essays that everyone has to write and the readings, which some people don't do anyways. She is SO nice and funny, you will definitely have fun in her class. She makes sure to meet with every student at least once before deadlines and is extremely helpful.

Oh, my. What to say about Professor Campbell...She is definitely the sweetest lady you'll ever meet. She's extremely quirky and you'll have a lot of fun hanging out with her in class! However, you won't learn much. If you're looking for an easy A, take her class. If you want a challenge, look elsewhere.

I took professor Campbell for both WR 100 and 150. She is passionate and makes the class truly enjoyable. If you go to her office hours, she makes it clear what she expects on your papers. One of the only professors I developed an out of class relationship with at BU- she even wrote me recommendations. Highly recommend.

Professor Campbell's class was an absolute delight. She is extremely passionate and genuinely wants her students to become better writers. She was very helpful (meets with each student to help with his or her rough draft) and makes the class interesting. She was also extremely personable, funny, and a fair grader. I plan on taking her WR150 class.

Nice, friendly lady but very inconsistent: doesn't stick to her own deadlines and late in returning graded material. But if you want a good grade in the class, make sure you visit her office hour/appointment early so she can tell you everything you have to do for your essay. Good luck!

I was in the King Arthur WR100 class. It's very interesting. Be prepared to participate and be forced to stand up and act out scenes from the books! She is very hands-on. She is so sweet but unfortunately when you meet with her to discuss a draft of your paper she doesn't tell you everything that's wrong with it so you could still turn in a C paper

For people that don't like to write, she made it more interesting. The only professor I know that takes time out of the way to meet with every student before a paper is due. She puts a lot of input in each paper and her personality is hilarious. She has the most adorable grandchildren and a lax personality. She'll help you enjoy writing.

She is a nice lady & i love her personality, however, she is THE WORST at getting grades back. I am attempting to write my final paper right now, but I don't know how to write it because I have not yet gotten a single paper with her comments back. Also, I'm not really sure how much I actually learned this semester as she does whatever she wants.

Kids would show up to class on presentation day and say they didn't want to go, and she was fine with it; and often it seemed like her paper deadlines weren't followed by a majority of the class-- So she's easy in that sense. But she's HORRIBLE at getting grades back to you. But she's really nice. If you like speaking, take her!
